the service from the staffs, from the reception at Pier to staffs at hotel. i was very impressed the food, especially, non-that food because all of them we had were so delicious. we were so happy with the food at hotel.

in my opinion, they could repaint the all stairs to the room, then it looks double better.

Bungalow with balcony and seaview through the palms, big size of room and bed, very clean bathroom, big enough safe, quietness of resort, superb beach, very good massage on the beach.

aircondition quite noisy for sleeping, would need newer aircon model with special quiet & sleep mode for this resort price, small street in front of resort has advantages for taxi pickup, but is also noisy sometime during day when taxis come this way, missing closet or other storage for clothes - you live with open luggage as no storage available, just one open thing for hanging up shirts.

THis is excellent place with picturesque views for relaxing enjoyable vacation. we really pampered ourselves in this resort with cozy beach, beautiful pools, delicious restaurants and nice spa. I'd like to thank every staff in the restaurants and territory workers. Besides, I want notice receptionists Not and Mint, they were very friendly and helpful in every moment. We visited Breeze and Buzz restaurants, and now we really miss that tasty dishes. Every evening we savoured live music by a very talented singer, who created unforgettable atmosphere. We have warm memories about the resort.

I would like to advice just one thing about ecology. In my opinion this resort in the National park must reduce using plastic items and become more sustainable.

Clean, cozy, well positioned.

The hotel is in a very nice location , the beach with sunset is beautiful. Sunbeds comfortable. Restaurants are good .

Breakfast is ok but quite simple for a hotel like this. Bathrooms bit smelly and old sink.

This is a perfect hotel for taking a rest, swimming and spending time with family and the kids. All the hotel staffs are so kind, smiling and helpful. Especially thanks to the solution-oriented approach of the customer relation department, even though you face a problem, you can be sure they will try to solve it somehow. If you would like to take a rest and refresh your brain and body, I highly recommend you to go there.

That we stay only one night

Beautiful location in quiet Praw Bay. Hotel ferry and taxi service to and from the mainland, carrying all our luggage for us. Use of facilities at sister hotel in the same bay giving a choice of 3 pools and 3 restaurants. Pretty property much nicer than some huge, ugly resort hotels. Helpful and polite staff. Poolside massages were very good, if a bit overpriced for Thailand.

Bad drain smell in our bathroom. We did report to customer liaison manager. They need to put scented disinfectant crystals on the drain cover or provide an oil burner for wax melts in the bathroom as I’ve seen done in some other Thai bathrooms. No zero alcohol beer available, we had to take a taxi to the local town to buy from the 7-11. Again, we did suggest this to the hotel’s customer liaison.

Breakfast was great, good array of Thai and Western food. Never busy at it. The staff were excellent, so attentive, friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautiful and clean and comfortable. The swimming pools and restaurants were great.

The beach had rubbish constantly getting pulled in by the sea so there was bits of plastic bottles, rubber bands, bottle caps and straws strewn across the sand.

Large clean room with nice view. Friendly helpful staff.

Breakfast choices were a bit lacking. Long stair climb to rooms on hillside.

The bed was a little hard Distance from other parts of the island without access to bike or motorcycle rental Use of plastic bottles Samet’s water and beaches have loads of plastic debris which is particularly bad during stormy conditions. The reality is that Samet and Thailand, so beautiful, don’t control the use of plastic! (The resort has workers out, cleaning up the beach but it’s impossible to control without changing behavior.)
