the location is perfect. There are 2 7-elevens nearby and close to Saikaew beach.

I stayed in room A7. 1. The bedsheet and pillow cases are not clean. I found hair on my pillowcase. 2. The bathtub which is the highlight of the room has no hot water and it leaks. 3. On the first night I stayed, the staffs had the party downstairs until late (after midnight). 4. The breakfast is included in the package, but the quality of the breakfast is poor and no variety comparing to the price charged. 5. When I arrived, there was no staff at the reception.

the hotel is really cute, the rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. the location is exceptional and the staff is super friendly.

the breakfast was the exact same every day, the food was cold by the time I arrived for breakfast, the rooms do not get cleaned every day which I didn’t like because sand eventually got accumulated all over. the rooms also have super thin curtains and glass windows on the ceiling which made the room super bright in the morning.

The rooms are beautifully decorated. For a 2 star rated property, this hotel is amazing! The location was perfect, many restaurants close, very close to 711, ATM, songthaews and a very short walk to the beach. Staff are very kind and friendly. Breakfast was a small buffet with a few choices - eggs, ham, toast, cereal, tea and coffee, fruit (+ congee first day / + pancakes and fried rice on second day) :) We absolutely loved the place. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Koh Samed.

Beds are a little bit hard and an extra pillow would have been amazing.

Everything was amazing. Especially the staff, from receptionist , breakfast staff and cleaning of the room and bedding change every 2 days was so fresh and clean. Everything done with a delightful smile
