We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel, and it exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and outstanding hospitality from the staff, who went out of their way to ensure every part of our stay was perfect. The room was immaculate and tastefully decorated, with stunning views and all the comforts one could need.
One of the standout features was the exceptional dining experience. We have visited Basilico restaurant and every meal was a delight, with fresh ingredients, creative presentations, and flavors that left us craving more. I also can't help but note the amazing variety of healthy and tasty dishes for breakfast.
The attention to detail throughout the hotel, combined with the dedicated and friendly team, truly made our short stay unforgettable. I can’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and a remarkable culinary experience. I look forward to returning!

The location was lovely with access to a private beach
There are very few sun beds around the main pool that get the sun all day (most are in the shade for half the day). We ended up on the grass by the pool but it was not as nice as being by the pool.

The setting in the bay is beautiful , the hotel design and amvbience is great and the staff are fantastic , very well trained and so happy to help .

All was perfect! Facility, Service, food, especially beach! The little stones (not sand) of the water entry is superb, never seen anything like this before, they are so soft and massage your leg when entering the water. The water quality of 10 out of 10, so clean and can see through.
Also, during my visit I stayed in other hotels and locations across Cyprus as I travelled all across. I stayed in those with same room rate but much worse. Anassa is a great choice! And located in Athrodite Baths natural park. So no nearby hotels.
Nothing, it was perfect. Not cheap food, but I cannot say it is overpriced, as the facility and service and quality of the food - all meet the price properly.

All the staff was above and beyond . The hotel is big but they make you feel like a family. The lady at the reception even gave us her personal number when we went out with the car, just in case we will get lost .
All the staff at the dining rooms, cleaners, maintenance people were incredibly nice and helpful. This is really one of a kind hotel

We were not advised in advance of some additional costs that are not included at the half board deal. So at the first dinner we found ourselves with unexpected charge of almost 80€ just for water, coffee and one drink each. But this was really one case and we enjoyed our stay .all the other parameters were above and beyond

Top experience in Cyprus, top experience in Europe. One of the best resorts in EU in my opinion. We've been there a few times and we'll be coming back for sure.

It is one of the best hotel, the service, rooms, restaurants are on high level
Our room wasn’t ready to our arrival at 14.30. It was dirty glass with someone’s water, no capsules for coffee, room service came in 2 hours to put fruits, also there were cleaners in the evening that was a lit bit weird, cause as I said again our room was not ready to us

I reckon the breakfast could be improved with fresher produce on offer and better presented. Still way better than average just not on a par with say Ibiza Gran breakfast. Also some of the food prices even at the beach are nuts expensive. 120 for steak tartare and 140 for lobster.

very friendly staff, room is big and clean
water at outdoor swimming pool was not been heated in May when sea is still quite chilly, food is not very good and pricy, yoga and other group fitness sessions shouldn't cost 35 euro in 5 star hotel and rather should be offered for free to guest. There were a very noisy guests parting outside one night until 2am and security was failed to manage this despite number of complaints. To be fair I was offered to move to the more quiet room next night and it was an upgrade.

Hotel has great views and great outside facilities: beach, pools. The breakfast was great.
Unfortunately, the sea view suits has tiny walls and we heard every person passing along the building. It was very noisy. We heard cleaning staff at 6AM in the morning, we heard all parties in the next building, we heard toddlers on the second floor. Indoor heated pool is not allowed for children below 16 years old. So our son was not allowed to use it.

Ineffective restaurant online booking system. it does not show when there are tables free. One makes a choice and then a confirmation text is sent. It was never sent. Meanwhile tables in alternate eateries are lost. Sun-beds very heavy and not that comfortable. Beach is made up of coarse sand or very small sharp stones which are not comfortable to walk on.
