The rooms looked old and dirty. The flooring was damaged in all our rooms (4, in total). The bathroom looked dirty, too, with mold in the shower area. The toilet seat had yellow spots. In my room, on a shellf, there was an expired bag of chips (visible for everyboby - still there) and a lot of dust on the mentioned shelf.

Bathroom wasn’t prepared, there was used bath towel and used soaps etc.

It was extremely dirty, staff was a disaster, Sauna was OK but reaaaaly dirty and paid on top of the stay. The price was really too high for what this hotel offers. I would NEVER return there. No towels in the bathroom. No clean glasses in the room. No drinking water in the room. Only one pair of slippers. In attentive staff, they did not reply to most of our requests or concerns at all. We've asked for a late check out, but the staff did not reply... No free parking The pool is OK, but there are public training sessions inside it and it's really crowded. Pillows were small and cheap.

The stuff of the hotel is very nice and helpful.

The cleanliness of the hotel room wasn’t on the level of the hotel. I can say that I’ve never been in so dirty bathroom so far.
