Stayed here a few times now and it has always been a lovely place to stay. Love the location. Friendly, helpful staff and good quality rooms and facilities. Good breakfast selection.

Todo nos gustó! El personal fue siempre muy amable, el desayuno fue el más completo, el lugar es muy bonito, las habitaciones muy cómodas, al igual que las camas. La vista de la habitación era increíble. Nos gustó que hay lugar para estacionar y está incluído. Hay juegos para niños al aire libre. La ubicación es excelente. Nos dieron vouchers que incluían por 24 hs todos los museos de la zona.

Todo nos gustó, sólo lamentamos haber ido en invierno y no haber podido usar las piscinas. Queremos volver en verano!

Hôtel très calme et d'un confort appréciable. Petit déjeuner garni avec une grande variété de nourriture. Le restaurant est aussi très bon. Le personnel sympathique et à l'écoute

Really loud in the morning times, the noise of the lifts constantly going had us awake early every morning. Room was big but dirty cups in the kitchenette area when we checked in. Extremely busy hotel constantly

Fantastic views. Excellent buffet breakfast, very large rooms, friendly staff, nice pool area. Good facilities including a spa.

No tea or coffee facilities in room, safe requires a payment to use.

Service in the pool bar area was poor.

Bar staff were ok , they always got orders spot on but it took ages , even in a relaxed setting it was too long .

Breakfast was great. The staff did a lovely job with our room...put our kids stuffed animals on their beds/folded their pjs. Pools were good.

Breakfast choice is amazing. All staff gave excellent service, nothing too much trouble. Hotel kept to very high standards, always see someone cleaning or fixing something. Quality of lunch at pool bar is fantastic with great choices all very fresh and reasonably priced.

Price, location, free parking, good breakfast, good beds, big room with nice balcony and view, great hard working staff everywhere. Three elevators, never had to wait. Nice gesture by room service to slip a friendly note under the door after indicating "Do not disturb". Although I didn't use it, there was a kitchen in the room, nice.

I was allergic to what's inside the pillows, never had that before. I liked the safety deposit, but not having to pay € 2.50 per day. Again, a first for me. Dinner is open at 19.30, quite late, but understandable given the lunch opening hours. Buffet dinner without free water or juice is quite sad. Several lamps in the room didn't work. And English breakfast was available only on Saturday morning. Might be because of the low occupancy rate in January, but some beans, bacon and scrambled eggs wouldn't break the bank, I presume. Coat hangers don't detach easily, very annoying. Finally, the dimly lit hallways. Inserting the key card I needed my phone to shine a light on the card slot.

Wonderful sized room facing the Atlantic with a beautiful sunrise. One of my favourite breakfasts - every time. Super-friendly staff.

I like the hotel and the area

The room. Had no balcony. One air con unit blew out hot air only. The other one leaked all over the TV and floor so could not use. The windows only opened a little way so the room was always hot and uncomfortable. I informed reception on the first night but nothing was done to fix them. I have stayed in this hotel many times and will again but this time I did not enjoy it
