Lovely welcome and friendly hotel. Rooms where adequate size clean. Staff could not be more helpful. Parked bike in the underground car park of hotel for small fee well worth it. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of it. Hotel was in the middle of St Malos great location. Definitely will be back.

Nice atmosphere and spooky room used by pirates..perfect! You fitted me in when I needed a room quite urgently and it proved to be fine. I liked the staff at reception..very charming. Great stuff.

Very good, given its age and location. The room was not luxurious, but fine and lots of useful plugs and space for my computer, etc etc.

The location was excellent right in the centre of old St Malo. Parking was good in a subterranean garage 200m away, but expensive at 20 euros. Breakfast was fine.

We booked a superior room but it was very small and there were none of the facilities one would expect. No kettle or coffee maker as promised in the Booking.com information, no complimetary water and no tissues, no separate toilet (also promised in the original booking. When raised with a member of staff my question about the kettle was simply dismissed. I would not stay here again.

Good central location in the old part of town. Shops and numerous restaurants nearby.

The high ceiling and sky light window of my room gave the impression of being a cell. Also the frequent lumping and whirring of the lift in operation just the other side of the wall was not particularly restful.

The location is fantastic. Right in the middle of historic St. Malo. The hotel is beautifully kept and the owners Gerome and his wife couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was fantastic too!

It would have been nice to have an English speaking tv channel, otherwise everything was excellent!

Very nice hotel situated in the heart of the old town of St.Malo. Very picturesque and within walking distance of everything. There is public transport - buses 5mins walk and 20mins from the railway station. Ferry port just 15mins walk. room was very comfortable and clean. I even had a room with a view which was lovely. The owner was very helpful when I had a problem with my phone, appreciated this very much.

the only problem I had was with the hair dryer..not so easy to use!!!

Breakfast was extra but was worth it. Location cannot be beat!

Excellent central location. Accommodated our late arrival and early departure. Nice room with terrace, BBC tv and daily housekeeping.

Shower screen was a little tricky and we’d have liked tea/coffee facilities in the room.

Great location, bar in the hotel, restaurants nearby. Staff even put the Women’s Euro Final on in the bar for us (thank you)!

Needs tea and coffee making facilities. Rooms small but okay, shower tiny and bathroom tiny. We were in Room 4 if that helps anyone.
