L établissement est bien placé, il est spacieux et bien équipé.
Heureusement que nous avions de la lecture et des jeux car la télévision n avait que 5 chaînes dont 3 d informations.

Nice room.
Other than the negative points our stay was good, for the one night we stayed it was fine.
While it doesn't mention anywhere in the description or the price information, after booking you get a message to either pay 30€ or do the cleaning yourself.
To my question to the host we never got a reply.
Upon arrival, you first have to dress the bed yourself.

the place is close to intra muros and the harbour. The weather was fantastic.
the toilet was unstable / broken and the bed was not on the same floor. I found no car park and in the end found a park near a tennis club.

Location is great, 3mins walk to gare et 15mins walk to intra muros.
Bedroom is underneath so it’s colder than livining in summer which is better in the hearwave.
Quite and safe neighborhood ,easy to communication with the owner
We need to clean the flat by ourselves when we check out (didn’t see that when I book the place) or need to pay 30 euros.
The floor isn’s block the noise from upstairs, we can keep hearing people walking on the floor even we are on -1 floor

Not much. Convenient to the train station.
30 euro cleaning fee was not indicated in advance. And the apartment was dirty, still baby diapers in the waste bin. We had three groups of guests knock at our door who had not been contacted by the host with check-in directions. They thought we were the host or that we were in their apartment.p
The check-in/out times indicated on Bookings were ignored by the host who shortened the available hours with the excuse of Covid cleaning. This was obviously false when we found an inadequately cleaned apartment to greet us. All in all a dissatisfying experience.

It is better to stay then in fortress where crowds of tourists.
This house is quite and 15 minutes by foot to the fortress.

-Not a friendly attitude from the owner, her first questions were if we will gonna clean after ourselves(or pay a 30€ tax) and at what hour we plan to leave. I was expecting some recommendations on what we can visit, places to eat, etc.
-No disinfectant in the apartment.

The location was good. Friendly host. Wonderful shower! Comfortable mattress.
Could have done with extra pillows on the double bed - we had to use the cushions from the sofa.
The sofa was extremely uncomfortable - it was fine for overnight but perhaps not for a long stay.

Bed rooms were not separate access to toilet from bed 2 was via bed 1 so you disturb people in the night
