Fantastic breakfast at a low price! Staff at breakfast and reception were friendly. The immediate neighborhood is nice.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke on arrival, despite smoking being forbidden. I didn't bother to complain because I was only there for two nights. The smell never dissipated during my stay. The walls are a bit thin - my neighbor would blast German news at 6 am each morning.

Then there was a sign saying it would start at 7.30, appreciated. (Why doesn't Booking.com give time breakfast is given to help us decide where to book...?) the room was good and comfortable

I had sent a response several days before giving my arrival time as had been requested. I did not get any reply but that did not concern me, what surprised me was that it was closed when I arrived! The phone number was just a recorded message but, very helpfully and saving the day, someone rang me back. They told me how to get in and then find a key (the lights kept going out). I ultimately got into my room, rang to get the Wi-Fi password and then downloaded the instructions that I had got over the phone. Sending them before I flew would have been easier! I spoke to another guest who had a similar experience. I do accept that this was all partly my fault and that I should have researched it better. we have got used to hotels providing reception, lounge and bar services that we expect them.

Good location close to train and tube stations, and Ku-dam with its shops;breakfast buffet simple but good. Room very big and quiet;value for money

Nice place to stay at in the center of Berlin, not very expensive either. Contactless check-in and check out.

The elevator is TINY. it fits about 2 persons with not too much luggage.

difficult to check in; check-in time is very limited. Thus did not know how to check ou; the key has to be left in th room. Shower was quite difficul to control the temperature of water.

Old building, but rooms are spatious, bathroom is excellent, hygiene is very good. Location is in a quiet street close to main shopping street.

There is a micro elevator. There are no other facilities.

our room was not ready when we arrived which was inconvenient, as we were travelling with our baby. but the guy in the reception was very friendly and helpful and did everything he could to make it easier for us. the elevator was very small

My room was on the 5th floor, but the lift only went to the 4th. I am 72, have been traveling for several weeks, so my bags are heavy, and lifting up, then down the last flight of stairs required careful stepping.

No Breakfast, No TV, No office service after 19.00 for example light fall down - no information desk, Lift to old, for two persons then no [lace for lagde No coffee or tea, no mini bar in the room
