Der Außenpool mit schöner Sicht über den Luganer See und die Parkgarage
Das Essen auf der Dachterrasse. Leider saßen dort die Poolbesucher in nassen Badeklamotten zusammen mit den Gästen, die zu Abend essen wollten.
Die Gäste beim in die Länge gezogenen Apero war schon sehr erheitert. Dies trug nicht zu einer angenehmen Abendessen Atmosphäre bei.

We had a very nice room with a nice balcony and a nice view. The room was comfortable and clean.
We had a dog and it was very hard to find a place where we could bring it to the toilet. The hotel was next to a busy road and it was very unsafe to walk alongside it if you needed to go to the shops.

We had a very nice view on the lake. Nice location with lots of sunshine. The breakfast was also nice however the selection is not much and on the border of Italy you would expect better coffee :(
You have to pay €15 extra for the dog per night! You also have to pay €50 per day if you would like to store your bicycle in the garage... There were a lot of weeds around the pool, not sure why they don't clean it.... Unfortunately our room was full with ants. There was a lot of traffic in the morning around 4 am when the Casino closed.

First of all, the surprise: we were given a Suite without asking. Then the location outside Lugano that can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The restaurant was nice: we had one dinner and all breakfast. No complaint. Staff extremely friendly.
The garage is very practical. There is a nice pool that we did not use. Dinner on the terrace is great.
This hotel deserves more stars.

This hotel sits perfectly by the lake, offering stunning views. The available paid garage is a huge plus, ensuring secure parking. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. A definite recommendation!
While the hotel has potential, it's clear that some refurbishment is required, particularly in the bathrooms. Despite its charm, the outdated elements detract from the overall experience. A renovation would significantly improve the stay.

We got a really nice room upgrade which was very kind! The hotel is situated on the lake Lugano, and features great views! Rooms are super clean, staff is very polite, mattress is comfortable, WiFi is quite fast. Breakfast was also OK. There is also a large garage where we parked our car. Will be back!

Breathtaking view and locatin of hotel. Spacious Junior apartment with very nice private terrasse.
Breakfast could be much better. Small selection of fruit, fresh bakery and sweets. Pool area would deserve some reconstruction.

The room looked nothing like the pictures or description on booking.

The room was well appointed and comfortable with good AC and nice bed.
The price per room relative to property was excessive and due to unexpected change in itinerary, was forced to pay for 2 nights when we were only able to stay for one. Property is poorly maintained with overgrown grass and weeds throughout. Pool has dilapidated chairs and umbrellas.

Staff were excellent. Carlo helped me out with extending my stay and ladies were all great as were restaurant staff. Free bus & train pass. Bus stop directly outside straight into Lugano.
Be careful about 15chf to park in car park

Very good location and splendid view on the lake. Easy to reach from and to by car or bus other towns. The room was nice and clean, great staff everywhere and especially at the restaurant, good food and we had also a nice gift for our daughter due to Easter (chocolate eggs). We came by car and the hotel has an inside garage which was a good option for us. Overall very well maintained hotel with attention to details and customer oriented. A plus was also a good internet connection (could take a business call easily)
The only consideration from our side is related to the fact that we miss some vegetables at breakfast but we acknowledged eg. the great cheese, the cakes and coffee.
