Great location for out-of-town family attending wedding in Gunter, TX. So much to choose from for breakfast & dinner. Or opt to cook at the house (we did that, too). Convenient location.

The house is beautiful and great location for the Frisco, Plano, Allen, Dallas area. The house is very clean and great location. Diana is a wonderful host and very prompt with any questions you may have about the house or area. If I can give the house and hospitality more stars I would! Absolute home run! Very nice home , felt like home away from home . We had everything we needed for the adults and kids. Location was close to everything and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Owner was very responsive.

A group of us ladies came to Frisco to have a girls' weekend. Diana's house was very comfortable and beautiful. Everything was very clean. The neighborhood is beautiful and conveniently located to malls, shopping centers, and restaurants. We had a wonderful time and cannot wait to come again. Diana is a great host!

We came into town as a family of six adults for a funeral, and needed a big place to stay. This house has everything that we needed and loved the free coffee cups. I would definitely recommend it to anyone with a large family that needs a lot of beds.

We traveled to Texas for a gymnastics meet. We also had family from Tennessee joining us. The house was perfect for all of us. We all had enough space and loved the house. The house was in a nice neighborhood and easy to get to.

This home was absolutely wonderful. We were accommodated with an early check in and check out. The home was not only beautiful, it was clean. The main bedrooms were down stairs which made it nice for my parents. We had such a wonderful time. Thank you.

The property was a beautiful. The cleanliness was overall good. We found the stove needed mimimal cleaning. There was plenty of space for the 12 family members. Two observations we noted. There was not enough TVs. We are used to watching TV prior to bed time. There was only a total of 3 . There was one in the game room that was probably used for gaming. It was not connected. We had many males that wanted to look at sports.
Also we females noticed there are very few mirrors. A house this size need more mirrors. We would have liked more TVs and more queen or king size beds. One room with single beds would have been enough. Otherwise the property would have been perfect for us. We would consider staying there again if some of the changes were made. It is a nice property.

This house was super kid friendly. The host was so accommodating and asked if we needed anything for our two year-old. It was great to have toys, high chair, a changing pad and a crib especially for our little guy! There were kids cutlery, cups, and plates etc. The house is also wheelchair friendly we noticed. The host was an excellent communicator and made us feel welcome even though we never met haha. We’d stay here again the next time we’re in the area!

Couldn't have been better. The location is close to major highways making travel so easy. Grocery stores nearby. And the house is perfect! We had 8 people and it was so wonderful! The hostess responds quickly if you need anything. Can't say enough nice things about it. Thank you for making this a great vacation.

She helped make our family Thanksgiving truly memorable. Highly recommend and best experience in our 8 years of renting VRBO houses.

It was lovely. The home was very clean and had everything that was expected and needed. There are 3 suggestions: Add 1 outside light above house number, hard to see at night; repair shower door in downstairs bathroom, the door does not stay closed; repair leak on guest bathroom shower hand held hose.

Into town for my birthday. This property was a great fit. There was 10 adults and we had plenty of room. Then host was very responsive and helpful. . I highly recommended!!

The check in process was contactless and so easy. The neighborhood is really nice ad all the homes are beautifully. It’s quiet and safe. The house was SPOTLESS and they have everything you need inside. My favorite area was the back yard. It’s spacious, private, and has a gas grill. The bedrooms are comfortable and it feels like home. The property manager even kindly put out a few baby items like a high chair for my 18 month old niece. It was fabulous and worth every penny (which was a really affordable in my opinion).
We cooked the whole weekend and had an amazing time together. Would 1000% recommend.
