Very easy to move room on request, room was very spacious and had a large bed, balcony over looking the sea and right in the centre of town.

Location excellent, close to everything and a wonderful sea view. Breakfast very good. The room, rooftop junior suite was excellent. We hope however that renovation of the rooms is also planned for the future to match the ground floor. Sea view room is a must!

No catering at the pool, a miss. Otherwise all OK, also mini bar.

The elevator went wrong on the first day, and nothing happened with it during our 4 days stay

Excellent location in Sitges facing the beach and you can walk everywhere. I did not have breakfast so cannot comment on that. The room was well appointed, although not large. It had everything I needed but a little more space for my laptop would have been useful.

The underground garage! It is easy to get in and out of, better than most, in a lot of respects. However the automatic lights are a problem. The lights went off before I had finished parking and I could not see a thing. My car headlights were blocked by a brick wall. The timer needs to be extended by another minute.

Lots of choices.

The elevator was out of order for 5 of the 6 days. We had to walk up 4 flights of stairs several times a day. When I mentioned to the desk clerk that this was very difficult because I am legally blind he became rude and aggressive.

Loved the location and also the beautiful roof terrace they have with the pool. The staff were really friendly and the onsite parking was convenient.

The rooms were quite dated in my opinion and the bath had some stains in it (probably due to age).

the hotel has been consistently excellent for the past 20 years. The current staff are friendly, professional and a complete delight. They make you feel so very welcome.

Lift broke down on day 2 so had navigate around the hotel to find other lift. Breakfast was very limited and nit great value for money. Restaurant being developed so a little disappointing. No evening restaurant. Bedroom was tiny. Housekeeping disregarded the do not disturb sign. No English TV channels.

no mention when I booked that the pool was not in use. I really wanted to use the pool so warning would have been good, I would have chosen elsewhere.

Location is excellent. Short walk to old town and restaurants, shopping, etc. On the seafront promenade, which is a gorgeous walk. Staff very helpful, friendly, and efficient, couldn't ask for more. All requests I had were answered immediately. Breakfast was delicious and served until 11am for those who like to lie-in!

Similar to many places across the continent, the single room was small. The bed was a good size, but there was not a lot of room for anything else in the room. That said, if you were planning on spending long hours in a single occupancy room in Sitges, you are on the wrong holiday. Get out any enjoy the town!!

Hotel was Poor, NO restaurant, NO bar, NO catering whatsoever, and all this not reflected in price.

The level of customer care was excellent. welcoming and attentive but not intrusive. Staff were adapting to new “branding” but still dealt with day-to-day matters really well.

Breakfast was adequate but not really notable. I expected this was because of the changes and quite low occupancy so early in the season.
