The room was a little low on facilities - even for a budget hotel (no tea and coffee maker in the room for example). But the location, cleanliness, layout, and staff more than made up for it!

The hotel is in the old town, the location is perfect, 2 minutes from the tram station. It is very easy to reach the city centre. I travelled alone and felt very safe during my stay in Bilbao. The bed was very comfortable. I didn't have any bad experience, so this is not a disatvantage of the hotel, but only an advise from me. The hotel is good, i recommand it. But if you are a bed&breakfast person - like me :D - then may be this is the city where it is better not to buy the hotel's breakfast, and go to a local bar instead - there are a lot of bar only for 1-2-3 minutes walk away - and eat there some fresh and very tasty food with a nice coffee, the price will be the same as in the hotel. Learn from my mistake, next time i will do like this, it is sure:)

At night very noisy street. Early in the morning a lot of noise. The rooms in the back are less noisy I suppose.

A bit shabby but then good value price

We booked last minute as we wanted to enjoy a night in Bilbao. Staff were fabulous and very helpful. Restaurant next door is amazing. Location in the old town is perfect for exploring.

The owner was very kind and helpful. The property was very simple but was clean .

It was very noisy on the street. On 4 am street works was make a lot of noise. It was not beach front but near to the beach.

Spot on location wise, right in the middle of the city with some great bars nearby. Comfortable bed in a clean room. Always a friendly welcome from reception.

A nice little hotel not far away from the river so you could walk to places like the Guggenheim. Clean, comfortable and good value for money. I forgot to mention the friendly and helpful reception staff.

Staff was great, helpful and informative. Location was excellent. Advertised air conditioning. Large room.

Air conditioning either didn't work, mostly didn't, and when it did work, it was freezing, no happy middle. Walking in the room, the floors creaked so loudly it woke everyone up. Bath had mold.

The location , the looks and almost all in general , i like the bed

The floor cracks a bit but it wasn't that bad My partner didn't like that much the bed , for me was comfy
