The staff was accommodating, the location and the convenience.

They seemed understaffed at dinner and so the plates were cold.

Nice room and not overly heated. Great breakfast. the bar and the staff were a lot of fun. Nice pool.

Need more variety of tapas in the bar. ran out the tapa del dia too quickly.

restaurant hours for dinner start at 20:00, but we prefer to eat earlier due to spending the day out skiing. tired hungry teens with us!

Generally completely outdated facilities and decor, the hotel is stuck in the 80s or 90s, wooden keys with no copies to the bedrooms, etc. Non heated ski cupboard, food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner and food at the cafeteria were very average

The Hotel is just vis-á-vis of the skilift. Breakfast okay. The staff is very nice and flexible. We got a "late-check out" without any problems. There is a public parking area for free about 300 m away.

Rooms are extremely warm and have no airflow at all unless you open your window. Only heater available, no cooling or even regular fresh air. It was impossible to sleep well because of the extreme heat. Even if outside temperature was 10 degrees celsius. Inside was over 25!!! To me, a good price for my stay would have been 125€ tops and I paid over 300€ which i found extremely high so value for money is not there.

Location as close as possible to the main ski lifts and ski storage facilities. Good parking underneath.

The breakfasts each day were not that great, but were reasonable value for money
