The views are exceptional!!! The pols are beautiful and the beach is nice.

It’s not right for the hotel guests to pay 14€ to sit at the beach, it should be free for the guests as the beach is part of the hotel. The Wi-Fi does not work at all close to the rooms which is shocking. There were ants in the room, and overall the property needs a revamp, new furniture, air conditioning, paint and the bathrooms. It’s very dated…

Hotel is localted in great area with fantastic view and close to unique beach. Nice, big and refreshing swimming pools.

The Kalypso Hotel is not very clean...and this is not only about room (cleaning very superficial) but also common hotel's area. You can feel bad smell from the toilet basically everywhere :(. Unfortunatelly, food was also poor quality - would be better to have smaller choice but good quality (only one dinner out of seven I've eaten there, were good and it was connected with special event - barbecue night). I regret to say that it was one of the worst hotel I've ever visit.

Staff was excellent, trying to ne helpfull as much as possible. Location perfect for us, had nice time by the pool and walking around. Great buffet breakfast and dinner.

No dryer at the room, just one plastic chair to sit in front of our apartment. No menu with prices during the dinner for the drinks. All the accomodation a bit old fashioned, poor not stable WiFi at the room. A bit dirty and old curtains.

the room was below any expectations for a 4 star hotel! The furniture was old and dirty, bathroom dirty, terrace very dirty, amd tbe outdoor furniture long time expired, dirty, broken, unstable! it is true that the price was pretty good, but anyway, it was an unpleasant surprize!

Everyone was truly nice and wanted us to enjoy our stay. I highly recommend, rooms are spacious and the location is amazing!

Beautiful natural place. Superb natural sea pool. Staff was great, everywhere! Rooms were pleasant and clean. Beautiful balcony view. Food was best could be on the budget price. We loved the place even if there were some things we disliked. Children were very happy!

Drinking water bottles were not included in "all inclusive". Neither were the sea sun loungers, only at the pool. One room key only. Could not leave phones charging as all outlets were cut power on exiting room. Bathroom is a bit dated, but got used to it in about 2 days. However could not get over non functional bathroom floor drainage where water runs away from drain. Auxiliary shower was shut off because of that.

We had only one reason to booked this hotel the location and the price.We spent there only one night for 35 eur.It was a very low price. The location is amazing,better than looks like on pictures.The hotel itself🙂...has seen better days I think.It must have been an amazing hotel in the 90's. But nowedays...it is a waste. The receptionist was more than helpful.She was very nice. For one night it was ok.

The food (breakfast was eatable the dinner not) Coffee(the place need a new coffee maker from the 21.century) We got a new experience in the night bar...the draught wine😁,i have never seen this kind of wine before.But true it was cheap

The room was clean and comfortable. It was fairly quiet and we slept well. The staff was friendly.

The hotel knows that there is no phone or Internet signal in the rooms and this is a big issue. The infrastructure is old and would be benefited from a renovation. The location is not too far from the nearest village but the road themself it's the typical cretan one, making it a bit difficult to reach especially at night. The breakfast options were not very creative nor represented the local cuisine. I wish there were more plant-based options too. Same for the lunch/dinner.

we were told that we can have access to the property facilities all day, but we were charged 10euro to use the sun beds. the sun beds and the water area was moldy and disgusting. no one seemed to clean those ever. bed was comfortable but the bathroom was old and didn’t seem clean.

You have the opportunity to have access to an amazing hotel for a cheap price. The location cannot be better, the creek is simply amazing. The pool with the bar is very nice with incredible views. The room is big and nice, and the bed very comfortable. The buffet is surprisingly good. There's lot of cool activities. It looks like a 5 star resort that downgraded to 4 star. It makes it very good for the price.

The bathroom is bad, it seems it hasn't been reformed since the 80s. The staff is very nice and helpful but there's very few of them. Don't expect a Cretan/Greek experience but more of a resort one.

Some things aren't well maintained like some parasols are broken, some leaks from the rain on the wall , bathroom smell in our room,the bathroom was very old with cracks on the wall

Place has a really good potential, the area is really beautiful. Rocky cliffs with nice walks and lookout and incredible underwater scenary with clear water and great visibility..

I was travelling and working remotely for a couple of hours a day. For work this place is simply a no go. No wifi in the rooms. Internet speed was not good and frequently disconnecting, even when being closed to router in the lobby, near the reception and the area is noisy. There is no 4G in the area either. Food quality could also get improved and the rooms get modernised.

Even though we had a 1-night stay at the end of October, we did enjoy most of the facilities of the resort. The lady at the check-in was very polite and we got a room that was very clean with wonderful views. The food was mostly greek kitchen, it was great. Friendly staff and well-maintained buildings.

We had a great time!!! Breathtaking landscape, seems to be a natural park with a rich sea life in the private cove where we had scuba diving experience and the first PADI certificate, such an organised center!!! Hotel staff was very friendly and well organized ready to satisfy all our requests!! Room was comfortable with high standards cleaning service! We enjoyed greek cuisine and delicious coccktails!! Unforgettable animation nights with music, greek dances, contests ecc. We also tried massage in the SPA center and a yoga session but unfortunatelly our stay was short. Next summer we'll explore better this small paradise :)

Actually I don't understand rating of this hotel in internet. We had nice and relaxing stay here and taking into account hotel's price level I will say that all was perfect. The hotel is located in beautiful place and has large area with several swimming pools. The room was super quite, this was important for us, also we liked romantic design of bed zone. Food was various and tasty, staff was freindly and caring.

Weak internet signal in the room, but this was not a problem. Charge for sunbeds on the shore is a small minus, but we understand the reason (their quantity is limited).
