great location close to everything downtown. very nice yard with a pool. decent breakfast

too expensive for what it is. room is super small and needs painting.

The staff were very friendly, forthcoming and helpful. The room was clean, the breakfast good and the location is in walking distance to the city centre.

There were few points which made the stay a bit disappointing: a chair in the room was broken, the air conditioning did not work properly at the beginning and there was no shampoo and shower gel.

The building and cute details in decoration, the location, good service from the staff (postcard and beers at the room as a welcome), good wifi. Breakfast was good.

The room was a bit stuffy mainly during the day, but if you like air conditioning, then no problem.

No privacy at all at the pool, it’s more of a dip pool so gets crowded quickly. poor lighting in the bathrooms Bed was not comfortable in room 20 practically no english channels on the Tvs

I loved the friendliness of the staff, the history and the architecture of the hotel.

You could not ask for a better location. It was walking distance to so many restaurants and many must see areas of the island like Punda and the historic bridge you see in so many photos. I felt very comfortable walking at night from dinner back to my room. There was always someone at the front to greet me and check in about my stay so far. Front desk staff also were very helpful with ordering a taxi or offering recommendations. The water was always the perfect temperature every time i showered.

Every night, there was always a random loud noise to interrupt my sleep. I am not a light sleeper so the fact I heard these sounds is a big deal. I never figured out if it was the AC, the toilet, or a near by building, but that is the main thing that prevented the hotel from getting a perfect score. I wish there were more beach options within walking distance.

our checkin was excellent and altough room wasn't ready the suitcases where taken into their care. We got cear instructions how to get to places from front staff ,the security gurard was reallly helpful as we where leaving really early he even put on coffee for us .

room 19. was a bit noisy as people sat outside our windows and there was nowhere for us to sit outside our room room was clean thou

Very happy with the room arrangements, coffee machine (with coffee everyday) and kettle in the room, patio area very peaceful, outdoor shower, comfortable bed.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They will do everything in their power to make your stay an awesome one.

The couch in my room was odd and uncomfortable, and the table lamps weren’t the correct voltage to work.

walking distance to restaurant and bars! also very nice restaurant in the hotel. the whole facility is super charming and the security from the hotel was the nicest person we met in the entire trip! would stay there again for sure!

Great little hotel in a nice neighbourhood, located close to the city centre. Rooms are very pretty and clean, new bathroom and additional outdoor shower. You can relax in the beautiful patio and at the pool. The Staff is very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

City location was great,near by restaurants and bars. Night security took care about our safety,hotel staff in general exelent!

Breakfast was repeating every day,although lady was super nice,basically we ate 5 days the same menu,no vegetables at all. Pool was not organised with old leafes in the water, wet matraces on the sunbeds so there was no intention to swim there.

What a nice place! We really enjoyed out time here, especially in the courtyard pool area. The rooms are well designed and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. Location is ideal!

Not great water pressure in the showers. Room 19 has some odd quirks, tucked away by the housekeeping facilities and facing the main road. But the other rooms are great.

Nice and clean hotel. 10/15 mins from city center and close to the bus station.

Front desk employees could be more prepared to give some info about the city. It seemed like we stayed at a rent apartment instead of a Hotel, because there was no one who could give us tips.
