Reception staff on check out very rude. Paid the bill on check in but receptionist In the morning did not believe us and was very abrupt.

A very good, clean hotel with polite and helpful staff. Very good breakfast, with fresh products, very good coffee and free parking. The room was big with a comfortable bed a small kitchen with all the amenities, although we didn't use it. Excellent internet.

Great location for business travel around Nantes, very clean accommodation and good sized rooms

The one issue was upon arrival, I was given a card for a room, and upon accessing the room, someone else was already checked in to that room!! I immediately reported this and was told ‘mistakes happen’ and that was it… I’m sure it’s a one off, but it impacted how I felt all stay and received no apology.

It was convenient and great location, feel safe and comfortable with friendly staffs. BF and Bar service was great and very friendly. Cocktails was wonderful! The manager, Thibault very efficient regarding your concerns and made you feel pleasure and warming welcomed. Happy to stay here.

The King bed needs some work to make it comfortable is a plus!

Location was somewhat remote.neefed a car to find dinning.

The air con was set to cool. We arrived by bike soaking wet and cold and there was no way for us to get warm and dry our clothes out.

clean and practical. Kitchenette a godsend as we were too tired to go out and eat after a long drive. Great value for money and handy stopover. Not the easiest place to find but ok in the end with satnav.
