Sehr gutes Personal am Empfang, hilfsbereit und freundlich! Gute Verbindung in die City!

Das Frühstück war ausreichend, leider keinerlei Gemütlichkeit, Massenabfertigung.

Goede ligging nabij metro, rustig gelegen. Ontbijt was druk, maar in orde.

Parking was vol, maar in de Excel parking was er nog plaats genoeg en ook goedkoper.

Das Bett war ganz gemütlich und es war im Grunde alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war vergleichsweise günstig und absolut in Ordnung. Zudem gibt es Parkhäuser nebenan. Kann man machen!

Hinter dreckigen Gardinen war eine wunderbare Aussicht auf mehr Betonblöcke und deprimierende kiesbedeckte Dächer. Zudem gab es im Zimmer wenig Stauraum, sodass man leider "aus dem Koffer" leben muss. Das Badezimmer erinnert äußerlich an eine Zugtoilette aber war tatsächlich sauber. Der Boden im Bad hatte komische weiße Flecken, auf die wir die Rezeptionistin angesprochen haben. Diese seien jedoch "Rückstände von Reinigungsmitteln". Schön anzusehen ist es trotzdem nicht...

The staff ať the reception Stand all day long. I attended a medical conference and we spoke with colleagues of how unhealthy it is for the workers. The management should give them opportunity to sit.

The property is located in close proximity for people using public transportation. It is so easy to access and it is well sign posted. I checked out early and sat in the waiting area for long but they continued to look after me. I continued to use the hotel facilities. Staff were amazing.

The room was a little smaller than expected for the price.

So close to Excel. I have temporary mobility problem and this hotel couldn't be closer to tube and Excel. Will be booking again next year.

There was nothing I disliked

I booked this hotel due to the very close proximity to Excel. The hotel’s facilities are limited compared to others but it is clean and functional for a short stay. The staff were lovely and helpful.

The rooms were cosy and at times overly warm. I had a twin room comprising of 2 quite small single beds and because of this did not sleep very well.

The breakfast is poor….as they don’t seem to be organised ….had to wait for food to vibe teplenished and never any cutlery! Been the same for the last 5 yrs!

Excellent location, right next-door to London excel

Room was very tired and needs decorating. Beds small and uncomfortable. Shower water drainage blocked. Aircon not working. Tv kept turning itself on by itself at random times.

All members of staff made us welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. A problem with our room was resolved quickly with no irritation or hesitation.. The hotel was clean as was our room. The location was very near.the Excel Arena and Custom house station. We would definitely use this hotel again.

For some reason the key cards for the rooms were not working. The staff resolved this problem by accompanying us up to our room no matter how many times this was needed This was done with good humour and patience by the lovely young man on reception.

Some of the staff were simply awful. One lady in particular, who was working on the bar, didn’t raise a smile and barely grunted. The staff seemed more interested in their phones rather than serving customers. I saw 2 separate customers trying to catch someone’s attention. The hotel was cold too

Remote control for tv not working. Did not like the idea of having to whatsapp reception for help. . Breakfast not included in the price paid which was a shame. Relatively expensive for what it was

Nice to stay staff friendly. But on check-in both times I stayed twice the Tour company also had us booked here. Comfortable bed. Quick check in. Staff very friendly & helpful Price was reasonable.

There was still bags of rubbish sitting in the hallway on arrival. Shower is very small but works well. Lifts are small a bit slow when so many people checking in. Only one coffee machine working. Many waiting and this was taking forever.

Room very simple but had everything you would really need. Hotel location whilst not central was about a 5 minute walk to the Elizabeth line so getting in and out of the city was no problem. Quiet area also. Breakfast basic but decent selection and okay quality.

Bed not the most comfortable with one flat singular pillow.

Lovely hotel, was a bit of a wild card, as I had never stayed in any hotel in the Docklands area. I was pleasantly surprised to realise it was just a few minutes walking distance from London Excel! Fabulous location, with excellent transport links (Elizabeth Line and DLR).There was a nice bar and restaurant in the hotel, which was so convenient.. I loved my stay at Ibis Docklands.

Honestly I can't fault them on anything, Ibis Docklands is excellent!

The mattress was so bobbly it felt like sand under the sheet. The flat sheet was too small to fit over the mattress and topper so as soon as I got in bed it all came untucked and screwed up, terrible nights sleep.
