Comfortable Bed, Nice Room. Hotel was in a lovely location close to Kings Cross and Euston Station.
Varied and delicious Breakfast. Lovely Staff.
The Stairs, especially the last set to the top floor. Very tight and would be tough to climb for anyone with restricted movement. The Bathroom was very small.

No lift and nobody to help with our bags. We are elderly and had to carry a heavy bags to third floor. Receptionist offered no help.

Great location, clean, good breakfast
There was a problem with the boilers and you had to let water run for a while to get hot water. No one told me that when I arrived so I took a cold shower. Letting water run for 15 min. is not sustainable

The room has no moving space, the floors were not straight which use to make our trolley bags move, the beds were not firm and any change in position would make it move, the shower cubicle was too small and would not allow proper movement to soap, had to climb 40 stairs with the luggage. The bread toaster was burning the bread and they were not able to fix it. The breakfast timing is very short, just 2 hours. They are managing the kitchen and house keeping with part time old Filipino ladies
Overall not worth the price i paid

Having a hotel dog is cute but not when it wakes your 6 year old up at 10:30pm with constant barking.

Good location easy access to theatreland and Underground for further afield. Not too noisy at night. Good breakfast food choices. Small room but perfect for needs.
No hot water on first day as new boiler being fitted but ok for rest of trip.

The location is excellent and our room was comfortable. Good value for money compared to many hotels in central London!

Rooms were dated and no face clothes. Noisy doors disturbed our sleep when other guests opened and closed their doors. Our doors were noisy too even when we tried to close them quietly. Staff did their job but didn’t offer ideas for activities places to eat. Breakfast was good.
Noisy doors! No information available about things to do or places to eat.

You can't beat this location. And also, they let me to cancel last 2 nights due to the issues that I had in my country - Turkey. I had to fly back to Istanbul earlier to support local community at earthquake zone and this amazing hotel accepted to cancel last 2 nights with no fee. You guys are amazing!
Nothing at all, it will be my home in London whenever I come back.

Good level of cleaning.
There was someone elses dirty laundry in the wardrobe, which was a bit disappointing, but other than this the room was spotless.

An excellent location and good value for money. Check-in was quick and easy. I felt very comfortable in my room (especially given it was a single) and in the lounge area, which is very stylish. Breakfast was very nice.
It would have been nice to have more hot food for vegetarians at breakfast, perhaps vegetarian sausages or hash browns. Quite steep stairs up to my room on the very top floor, although it did not cause me any issues.

The room and bathroom was very clean overall.
Breakfast was a good spread though basic. Staff were always polite and helpful!
The location - the sound from the underground trains kept me awake for quite a while
The radiators could do with a cleaning for the more discerning visitor, and people with breathing issues.

great location-I needed to catch Eurostar from St Pancras but also in the heart of Bloomsbury’s university zone, good restaurants, pubs and walks. The downstairs rooms - a sitting room and the breakfast room were delightful
really all was fine. I’d note that there’s no lift so stairs are a consideration for those with luggage. single room was small but cozy. Not within control of the hotel but shouting and fighting in the street in the wee hours, with Police sirens was a disturbing factor.

Location is very central, you can walk to St Pancras and King's Cross. Rooms are very clean. Staff is helpful.
If you're tall, this hotel is not for you. I'm 1.94. The beds are definitley shorter than 2m. Also, the desk is a bite going over the bed, which makes it even more difficult. The shower was at the height of my face.
The windows are very thin, and so are the walls. If you're a light sleeper you can wake up easily, e.g., from a car with loud music passing by.
The breakfast was okay, nothing fancy. It got quite crowded on the weekend and the buffet area was quite small, so the staff was just constantly filling up things (they were fast) - still, there was always something missing. Just seems that this room isn't made for so many people. Also, at least some vegatarian sausages would've been nice (they serve them at other hotels).
Overall, I was a bit disappointed and expected more. Yes, it's London and prices are way higher than in other British cities, but still, the ratings of this hotel were quite high. Nevertheless, I found quite some aspects that I didn't like.
