Location not great as it’s in a very prosaic part of Udine but everything in the room was good and breakfast very good

the water was acting out - it was either hot or cold and it kept changing. The a/c control wasn’t working.

Really cool spot within a walking distance from the city centre. Room was cosy and clean. Pretty garden with a pool and excellent parking lot right next inside the gates.

The rooms are very good. Although the concrete floor, you don't feel uncomfortable..very nice

One of the staff members was not so available and friendly as you would expect in this kind of hotel. Maybe some training, how to deal with costumers would help. The other staff member I met was very nice and willing to help.

good location -specially if you arrive by car as there is free parking next to the hotel. walking distance to the city center. nicely revovated, big room -everything quite charming and friendly service. we will come back!

On the way back from Italy we like to make a short stop for one night in Udine. The hotel is easily accessible from the highway and has its own parking lot. The hotel, an adapted villa, is not in the center, but it takes no more than 10/15 minutes to get there. The decor of the hotel is very tasteful, we especially liked the mix of old and new - and especially the garden with the pool! Unfortunately, we could not use this at all, because it rained... the design of our room was stylish, too. We enjoyed the breakfast, but currently breakfast buffets are a little bit awkward, because of the COVID-19 measurements. Although the hotel is located on a rather busy road, we did not perceive any disturbing traffic noise. Check-in and check-out were easy due to the friendly assistance of the staff.

The room smelled bad due to the lack of ventilation in the bathroom. The design was nice 10 years ago, now it is just cliché.

Bamboo garden and outdoor pool was just refreshing after long trip to Udine. Room was clean and cozy, big bathroom, parking available, nice and hospitable hosts, easy communication with the hotel personnel, good breakfast and location - only 10 mins walk to old town of Udine. Recommended! Next time we visit Udine will get there again for sure.

Nice green oasis in the center of Udine. Direct access from the room to garden and swimming pool. Breakfast with plenty of choices, wafles apreciated by children. Place for bikes, relaxing stop on Alpe-adria cyklo trip.

We stayed at this hotel on our way to Tuscany. Location and parking was very convenient. The pool looked inviting. Rooms in the main building were small but clean and the a/c worked very well on a hot day.

Perfect place for a stay in the city of Udine. Very friendly and attentive staff, great garden wirh pool and even accomodations and charging facilities for e-bikes. Wonderful breakfast in the wintergarden. 100 of 100 😊😊😊
