The Staff were excellent and very helpful, the rooms are a good size and clean

Loved the rooftop pool - much bigger space than expected so could eat / sunbathe / swim / relax with drinks all with the most stunning views. Having an early morning breakfast with freshly cooked crepes by the delightful chef, sitting on the roof terrace on a gorgeous day - just lovely! We lunched there twice and food was great, service fantastic. Room was a standard room but excellent quality, bed was soooo comfortable and we had a huge balcony. Underground parking and bike storage was perfect for us as we were travelling by car with our road bikes (fabulous location to set off for cycle rides each day).

I really enjoyed my brief stay at Hotel Kristal Palace. The personnel was very gentle and welcoming, both receptionist and waiters. Room was spacious, quite and had a nice view on the mountains. Bed was wide and very comfy. Shower too was very specious and the bathroom was well arranged. Breakfast was excellent and with a good selection of savory and sweet. Location too was excellent. 3 minutes walk from the shopping center, 10 minutes from the lake. I highly recommend it.

The location was great; 10-15 mins walk to the centre of Riva. Very friendly staff, enjoyable breakfast. Our room with a balcony was comfortable and clean. A lovely bathroom. Luckily we had a room on the 4th floor as I think rooms on 1st and 2nd floor might not have been great (view wise). A very nice rooftop pool, clean and well looked after.

Sadly we couldn’t enjoy breakfast outside (might have been due to the time of year, plus it rained a couple of times during the night, which might have been why). There is no option anyway to breakfast outside, downstairs. The gym looks really sad and forlorn. I don’t think many people use it. Many people didn’t use the provided disposable gloves, at breakfast. Would be great if one per person was left on each table. Just more hygienic.

The location is very good, just 2 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the city center. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The roof was beautiful with a nice pool and a great great breakfast! the front desk ladies were very nice and helpful!

Rooftop tarrace with swimming pool is AMAZING! We enjoyed it a lot! Great views, very tasty food at the restaurant, nice cocktails and very friendly staff! Also the bed was very comfortable!

The room was great but our bathroom needs a renovation (rust stains on the tiles). Also, we were a little bit disappointed that the rooftop bar closes already at 23.30

Very nice hotel, clean, friendly staff, great view from the rooftop, nice breakfast and cocktails. Our group was more than pleased. Would recommend it to anyone who wants to chill in a beautiful environment. Absolute favourite in Lago di Garda area.

The staff was very friendly. We celebrated our 10 year anniversary, the staff made our stay extra special. The rooftop bar has good live music in the evening (different each day) it has a nice vibe and good cocktails. In the morning a good breakfast with the rooftop view.

The whole experience was exceptional. Particular highlights included the cooked breakfast and the rooftop terrace pool with panoramic views.

It would have been nice if the bed was a double rather than two singles pushed together. Footstep noise and activity from the room above was also quite audible. However neither of these bothered us and the bed was very comfortable.
