very old, we felt like we had the oldest room in the building and it was not ready by the time we checked in (3:45pm). and still the room was not meticulously cleaned. few rubbish inside the room’s bedside table and the cutleries has still left over food. lastly when we first entered the room, the room smelled like the previous client maybe had a dog with them, smelled bad.

Overall stay was really good. Rooms are very nice and cozy. Most favorite part is the balcony.

I didn't like the food (room service). We ordered a burger and the burger buns tasted stale already. It gave me stomach ache.

Staff are very attentive and helpful. Room is spacious with every facility available. Location is ideal, near a big park and within walking distance to Festival mall and Alabang Town Centre.

Buffet breakfast foods are mostly cold. In Alabang, public transport are inconvenient. It's heart-warming that staff are helpful to book grab for tenants.

The unit was very clean and spacious. Located near shops and restaurants.

No hot water came out of the shower. We had to start our day early, I took a shower at 5.30am. No hot water came out of the shower. The water ran for a good 20 minutes. I had to take a cold shower. I called the front desk to let them know we had no hot water and I was told that they were sending someone up to check. No one came. My husband tried to take a shower around 7 am, but gave up after 10 minutes when there was no hot water coming out.
