The photos are so appealing but it’ll be one of your stressful staycation ever!
• Bathroom and toilet - smelly, stained toilet bowl and no water drainage outside the shower room. My partner and I had to clean the toilet room before we were able to use it. asked the host to bring us cleaning aid, which he provide but didn’t bother to offer help. We spent roughly 2 hours cleaning the bathroom and kitchen.
• Kitchen - very poor condition, the utensils were crawled by small roaches, under cabinet full of empty alcohol bottles. We cleaned the tops, kitchen wares, stove and disinfect them too.
• No towel provided - host reasoned all their bath towels got stolen (Not our fault). have provided us with only 1 white towel upon my request.
• Cleaning attendant for this property will just have to bring out the garbage bag because we left the room clean and tidy.

12. No help from booking.com whatsoever, no reply, we left and lost all our money we paid....still no contact from them, felt really abandoned by them in a far away country.

They keep on asking money for the parking, even time of leaving..

- Security guards are really approachable.
- The security lock at the unit is way better than ordinary locks. Thumbs up for the security pin code lock.
- First thing, upon arrival the bathroom was not clean at all
. Even the towels as well.
- Rice cooker was not working properly as the switch is broken. (Nakascatch-tape nalang)
- There's no toilettries, ( Tissue only, no toothbrush and toothpaste)
- Netflix is not available ( did ask the owner/host of the unit if we can access netflix, he provided the incorrect password, all netflix account was locked hence unable to access and watch netflix all throughout our stay)
- No sofabed at the unit, There was only a huge mattress provided instead and it was NOT Clean at all. ( The actual unit's appearance is far from what was shown/posted on booking.com )
- No mugs available for coffee
- The oven as well was NOT CLEAN. (Kami pa naglinis)
- There's no dining table as well.
In short, not recommendable.

I'd like how convenient it is to buy things or food you needed, cause they are stores in the property. I love it's location as well, it is indeed a gateway to the south

We stayed at Tower B. Induction cooker was not working and we need to borrow from a friend nearby so we can cook our food. Poor dining, kitchen and cooking utensils. Cockroach everywhere. Wi-fi also not working.

Our stay was terible when we arrived, staff sleeping while working, no water, cannot use all the facilities because we are in different complex because they bring us in different complex, no kettle no soap no complements like water. Breakfast wasnt like the photo show in booking.com.the staff was no help at all.and they still charge at the same price. It was not same room that they advertice on booking. Com
