very noisy (noise from bouling alley till midnight and noise from the street), too small, dirty windows, too little shower gel, for 6 nights not change of towels, inconvenient beds

Extremely good location. Easy to get the keys, easy check out. Good sauna. Ski storage right next to apartment door was nice (in many places these can be in some awkward location).
Bowling alley noise was even more prominent than expected. Kitchen is tiny which itself is fine (didn't come here to cook) but selection of cutlery / glasses / plates /etc is super limited and everything is placed very messily (basically everything but plates in one big drawer on top of each other, because of lack of space).
Apartment is small and simple but as basic as it goes, it just has this "cheap feeling" with everything.

We were able to check in earlier, which was nice. Bags could be stored at their reception so you don’t have to walk around town with luggage until you’re able to check in.
Beds are okay ish, but the top matresses tend to slide around on the base. Because of this I fell of the bed but luckily didn’t hurt myself. Also, there were some hairs to be found on the bedding and bathroom floor. Not many, but a few.

Brilliant location, nice and clean, good amenities in the room and great value for money, staff were very helpful and friendly.
We could only get a studio and it was a little cramped for 4 with the sofa bed pulled out but if you make good use of the space and all the cupboards it's fine and I'd still recommend it . Also tricky getting all our cases from reception Upto the room so some help may be good but again for the price I wouldn't complain too much.

Location. Loved the hot/heater closet thing to dry your clothes. Sauna was a bonus, though we did not use. Balcony is nice.
Listen, important thing for me is THE BED. No matter where I stay, which gave this property a low score. Why the hell is there no bed frame? Why am I resting my head on the wall, while sitting on my bed? I fell in between the split of the bed last night while I was sleeping because there is nothing holding the two single beds together! So silly.
EDIT: I forgot to add. 5pm check-in? Really? 5pm???

The hotel does not have any way to charge electric cars, and there are very few other options to charge electric cars in Levi. In 2022 you need to have charging options.

The location was great, just across the road from the ski lifts.
We hired 2 apartments and 1 was very noisy every night (from the bowling alley below) and extremely noisy another night (from a party above at 3am).

The location was close to the slopes and restaurants
the beds were extremely uncomfortable along with thin bedding and pillows. The walls were pretty thin as well, if someone was talking outside on the street you could hear it inside..

Studio was in an amazing location, so easy for slopes and eating out. Was lovely and warm. Ski locker outside door is very handy and hot box to dry clothes is wonderful!
There were no cloths provided for washing dishes nor a cloth to dry dishes or oven glove to remove hot items from oven. We reported a broken window, reception were lovely to deal with. Maintenance man arrived late to fix it.

Location was great, sauna as well, kitchen fully equipped, and staff was super friendly. Reception also booked a taxi for us in order to reach the airport.
There were occasionally noises of bowling center which was nearby, which was a bit disturbing but not too loud. Additionally, it was already mentioned when I booked the room.

the property was above the bowling alley and you could hear the balls all the time. we were on the 3rd floor and could still hear them so it would have been awful for the people on the 1st floor
