nice location, very quiet away from the main streets, excellent breakfast, the staff were very helpful and spoke very good English , only a 10 minute walk to the main streets of Riccione , and to the beach

the only little thing is the parking charge at 15 euros a day I think this is a bit excessive

quiet location, nice surroundings friendly staff room was large, balcony was charming there was a generous supply of large drawers and space for clothes and other things breakfast time was until noon and breakfast was very abundant, fresh and well served, could be also taken outside on a charming terrace

bathroom was too small, door opening inside making it worse, electric outlet high up (chair needed) with no place for electric toothbrush stand for all the space in the room, the cupboard for wardrobe was placed in a most impractical position for opening it was so high that clothes had to be hanged standing on a chair (or with a special hook which I found on my day of departure) and the chair had to be removed every time, if not it blocked the corner of the room

staff is super friendly! breakfast/brunch (until 12pm) is superb. rooms (recently renewed) are comfortable and clean. it’s located 10min to railway station / 15 min to viale ceccarini by walk. i definitely recommend this hotel!

expensive sun beds at the beach and not close to the sea parking was tight so you need to be a confident driver or have a small car

Excellent service and hotel staff. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Perfect coffee for breakfast. We also got with soy milk. Clean hotel. I recommend balconies. And it's great that there is a private car park. Lovely Italian pines all around. 500m to the beach. A very nice walk down a quiet street. Lovely beach and sea. Riccione is a cool place to relax by the warm sea.

Very fresh and beautiful hotel. Location is perfect! Breakfast very good! Airconditioning brandnew and kept us cool at night. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Had a great time with nightguard Luca, very friendly guy. The lady who served us breakfast was very professional and always had a smile on her face! Walk to the beach at the end of the street in only 5 minutes. Street is quiet but the same walk to the boulevard and there are many bars, restaurants and shops. All opened until late at night. We really enjoyed Riccione and this hotel had a big part in this!

The bathroom could do with an update. It was not as modern and up to date as the room itself. Still it was functional and very clean the rooms where very modern

We booked 2 rooms. Room 14 was ok, room 7 was clearly to be totaly refreshed and was overpriced.
