Poolområdet var lækkert og rent. Lejligheden var pæn og stor nok til 3. Der var tallerkener og gryder osv så man kunne lave sig et måltid mad. De ansatte i receptionen var virkelig flinke. Der var frisk juice til morgenmaden. Vi fik lov til at tjekke ind tidligere da værelset alligevel var blevet gjort rent.

Morgenmaden kunne være meget bedre. Æggene var enten over cooked eller under cooked. Bacon var kun opvarmet i en plade i ovnen. Hvem gider spise fedtet slatten bacon? Tallerkener var beskidte og de små pakker med marmelade og honning fedtet og beskidt. Vi havde kun morgenmad med på vores booking så kan ikke snakke om de andre måltider.

No air conditioning downstairs, no English speaking channels on tv, one would have been good, even a news channel

many small ants in kitchen and in bedroom, crazy for your food¯\_(ツ)_/¯, only one cockroach:D we were missing microwave, reception took care of it so we got one quickly

Nothing to dislike

This was a lovely place to stay for a quieter holiday, but was within easy reach (20-30 minutes walk) of all amenities of the main resort. You could easily reach the Yumbo Centre (if that's your thing) within about 25 minutes and the Dunes at Maspalomas in about 30 minutes. There was no over commercialised resort noise at night, which resulted in a good night's sleep. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The apartments were cleaned 5 times during our 8 night stay and each time towels were changed. The breakfast buffet had lots of choice - hot and cold food - which was self service. Pool and terraces were clean and well maintained.

The complex is a little tired and is in need of a little TLC, however the best is made of what is available. If you want luxury, this isn't for you, but if you're looking for excellent value for money with staff who work exceptionally hard then you've found it.

We’ve stayed at this resort several times. It’s very good for the price, very good and friendly housekeeping doing a very good job keeping the bungalow tidy. The color scheme in the bungalow is getting a little bit dated and the outside furniture needs an update. The beds are good and the bathroom adequate. I’ve complained about the lack of a working space before and it’s still a complaint. In the reception we still love Inger, our Norwegian queen. The heated pool always makes us happy in the winter.

Very little. It’s not fancy but solid and good value for the very good location.

Food. Paid full price for almost empty buffet, thought they would add to it but they did only fill on it when opening the kitchen and then the ones who came later had only the leftovers!!! Pizza one of the cooks made was though decent. Insects in apartments. (coachroaches and ants)

the place needed a bit of work done. we had a leak in the bathroom as well as a leak in the kitchen! the shower head broke off the shower on the last morning. the stay was good for a few nights but I couldn’t have stayed any longer!
