The staff was nice and very helpful

As a mature senior couple, we didn't expect to be asked about our marriage certificate. We felt humiliated and insulted. You'd better inform your clients about what is required of them before they come to the facility.

The place is very quite for a calm relaxed stay. Pool and overall space is nice. Breakfast was decent. I think it is good for one night stay.

Room we got was very quite but it had no windows except in the bathroom. Felt the cleanning in the public areas needed more attention.

Amazing place

I basically loved everything about it , the staff were very nice to us and chamber was super clean and super big , they offered us a bigger room when we arrived and they made sure we had everything we needed , from covers to water to delicious breakfast every morning . I went with my mother so the lady there helped her with anything she wanted . The villa was very quiet and good for inner thoughts . I do recommend and I shall go back there when I have time

The road to it had workers

Peaceful and relaxing, beautiful decor and outdoor seating areas

No wifi in rooms, I couldn’t log into work at all and had a major issue at work that I couldn’t resolve so not happy about that! I stayed here thinking it’s a nice place when they said wifi is available so I didn’t go to a cheap place due to wifi and work emergencies but that did not help at all when I got there and got no connection from my room. Also the bathtub and sink water was not draining, water backing up! Not sure if I should be happy about getting an upgrade on my room when water backs up. Also do not eat food here! Way too expensive!! I was charged 800 dhs for just one tagine!!

Set in beautiful grounds. I received a free upgrade. Breakfast was amazing - which is what is one of the most important features of any stay. The staff are absolutely wonderful. Very kind, attentive and welcoming. I would stay there again.

The perfect place to chill if you are looking for a calm hotel, with good servicing, and delicious food. I would definitely recommend.

The only drawback is that part of the road (the last 4 km) is a little dusty for now, early 2021, but the asphalt layering is on going. Just drive slowly and you will get to the hotel safely.
