A 7 min walk into city centre, warm and comfy and Morris was an incredible host.

Booked a single room and was given a small room with a double bed. Perfect for me. Morris is a very welcoming, friendly and helpful host and serves a quality breakfast. Hope to visit again in the future. Parking in front and a 10 min walk to town centre was ideal.

The host was lovely and very accommodating. The location was great for walking into Stratford, whilst offering free parking also.

For the cost of £90, including breakfast, the room we had was quite small though sufficient for a one night stay. The ensuite though was tiny and a larger person would really struggle in the space.

It literally is a 10 minute walk to the centre of Stratford. Morris was so friendly & welcoming. our room was very clean & pleasant. we only did a 1 night stay but would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was delicious! Having parking was a bonus too as we left the car & walked into the centre. Thanks for a lovely stay. x x

There wasn’t anything

The location was good. Only a 3 minute taxi to the town centre. The owner, Morris, was friendly. Our room had clean towels provided mis day. Tea and coffees where refilled etc.

Quite untidy. Lots of dirt and dust behind the bedside table. Dirty tissue left under the bed. What appears to be rice scattered under the bed. It seemed as though the visible part of the room was cleaned, but anything underneath/beside or not within view was dirty.

Just a little dated. Bathroom was tiny but knew that from reviews was very clean.

Exceptional welcome, very pleasant. Showed us to the room and explained how his B&B works. Took breakfast booking on arrival and agreed time and also what to eat.

I cannot fault our stay at the B&B. You cannot influence the weather. Great location

The breakfasts were very good and there was a nice choice on the menu, always served with a friendly smile from our host. The background music was a little sombre for me but that's just personal taste, it didn't spoil our enjoyment when having breakfast. It took us around 15 minutes to walk into town each day so in the evenings we took a taxi, usually cost around £4 each way. Our room was really comfortable and clean, with clean towels each day and a nice hot shower. The tea and coffee facilities were always topped up with lot's of milk which makes a nice change from the 3 or 4 little sachets you usually get and the biscuits were always delicious. Thank you to our hosts for a lovely stay.

There wasn't anything really, the decor in our room may be a bit dated but it was so clean and comfortable we really didn't mind.

Shower closet in our room was a little small, minimal room to move about in and difficult to dry yourself, however it was pristine, everything worked, beautifully done, and this is not really a negative comment, just an observation which would be important if you were of the larger frame. All in all a very nice place and highly recommended.

Free parking and not to far (10 to 15 minute walk into town)...Nice breakfast...

It was very clean, pretty and very well-maintained. Carpet was clean too. The host was very polite. It is near to the train station and the tourist sites in town like Shakespeare’s birthplace. We were trying to walk to Ann Hathaway’s cottage when a nice local told us how to get there by a short cut.

The only setback was the room was a bit too small for us, a couple with luggage to last us 3 weeks😅. So the bathroom sink was so tiny that I had to wash my face at the bathtub. Ask for a bigger room if you plan to stay there.

The gentleman in charge was so very attentive and kind.
