Everyday cleaning and very comfy to different beaches of the island. Annett and his husband make us feeling like at home

Very well located, at walking distance from all the central taverns, restaurants, bars and shops, but still very quiet and peaceful at nights. The Hotel has its own parking lot and is pretty close to the Simos Beach (5 min by car). Our studio was very spacious, with 2 lovely balconies overlooking the picturesque streets of Elafonisos. The studio was pretty furnished, with a well equipped kitchenette, a generous bathroom, and everything was literally sparkling clean. Our hosts, Anett and her husband are great people, very warm and friendly, and they made our stay perfect in every way. We only have one regret, that we had to leave this beautiful place.

Very clean and confortable. Cleaning is done every day. Hot water all the time. Two balconies and large parking. Fridge works fine and air conditioning too. The bed is confortable too , and lining is changed at 2 or 3 days , as you ask.You feel very safe at Anette. You can cook your meal inside as prices on the island are quite high at local tavernas and you have all the tools for that. It is better to bring food from the continent , as we did , because fresh meat is hard to find on the island and prices are higher about 50%. We also brought fresh fish and vegetables and kept these in the fridge. There are plenty of sockets for electricity in the room as we had phones and computers to charge. There is a TV in the room which we did not use because we had our radio and preferred greek musik for a greek mood. A hair dryer is also there for ladies and men with more hair...not for me! Anette and her husband are very kind and welcome you with a smile and make you feel like home. This is a very pleasant feeling for someone who is 2000 Km away from home! There is a market right next to Anette Studios but we preferred other market from town which had better prices (Super market Kostas G. Mentis). You must not use GPS to get to Anette , just take the road up from the ferry , on the left , and follow the Proton Market sign. Or ask anyone about Anette. GPS may take you to narrow streets and make you loose precious time. Simos beach is wordeful but also can go to Kato Nisi Beach which is fine and parking is just on the beach. In the evening you can climb the hills on the island and have spectacular views. No mosquitoes on the island. Anette will provide you an apparatus for mosquitoes but not need to use it. It is very quiet both at day and at night. The island is very clean , they clean every day , not like in Lefkada. We plan to come back to Anette next year for another dream week.

Anett Studios is the perfect place where to stay in Elafonissos. Anett and her family are really kind and ready to help you for anything. Well located, with a privated parking too, it offers different rooms with balcony, private bathroom, a small kitchen, A/C. in just 3 minutes by walk you can reach the main road where to find all you need (restaurants, cafes, supermarkets), while in just 5 minutes by motorbike there are the main beaches of the island; of course the best one is Simos!

Everything was perfect

The owner is super polite and friendly. The studios were really clean and they had all basic needs. Location is great and ample parking.

The accomodation is ‘no frills’ but it has everything you need for a couple of nights. I would be back with pleasure.

The property was within 5 minute walk of the sea and the seafront, where all the restaurants and bars were. The owners and their son were present and were very polite. They helped us with any information we needed in Elafonisos and they were kind and generous to share treats for breakfast. We felt like at home.

The room could do with an awning, as the morning sun is very hot. However, the big veranda at the front of the property more than made up for this. It was very pleasant to sit and chat with the owners in the middle of beautiful flowers.

The personel was amazing, the room was big and the location great! Also it HD plenty of parking space and a very clean and modern bathroom.

This is not any problem cause by the hotel itself but we had very loud neighbours pulling on furniture until 2 in the morning.
