The Host was lovely and friendly, the property was spotless , great location .great value for money.

We love staying at villa Sofia's it is a great place to stay. and the hosts are lovely. And it is a great location to as it is a very short walk to the beach and also into town.

Location is great. Just off the main road on the outskirts of Acharavi, so nice and quiet yet still close to where everything is going on. The beach is only 150m away. Air conditioning was included, apartment was basic but with everything you need (Perfect for most). Sofia the host is amazing every time we saw her she asked if everything was ok and did we need anything. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything.

We had a nice time in Villla Sofia. The room was equipped minimalist with a small kitchenette, but there was everything we needed for our 7-day stay. Everything was very clean. Beach is 100m away, the supermarket and bus stop only 50m away. The balcony was quite spacious and in the shadows throughout the day, so there was never a direct sunlight. The area is quiet so one can really relax. Great value for money.

Perfect location very close to the beach, bus stop and supermarket. A cosy terrace and a garden with a cute cat attached.

Due to Covid no daily cleaning provided

The apartment was clean and spacious. There were two balconies with nice view of the surroundings. The beach is only 300 m away from the villa, the water is clear and beautiful and the beach was not crowded at all. The host is really friendly and Acharavi has multiple markets that are fully equipped so you do not have to worry about anything. If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing place to recharge and enlarge your experiences, then this place will suit you perfectly.

There weren't any mosquito nets

There was no sign on the entrance to the property That was bad because you don't even know if its the right villa Toilet didn't flush had to take shower head off and force waste down that way There was NO KETTLE as specified on Booking.com

Very kind host, from the balcony you can see the sea and at night when you stay in bed you can hear the waves. Impeccable cleanliness, a suitable place to relax. You reach the beach with fine sand in a maximum of one minute walk and you have 50m to the supermarket. We will gladly return to this location.

The room was tidy and clean as was the sheets and towels , also in a good location for supermarkets and shops and a few minutes walk down to the beach.

Villa Sofia is located near to the center of Acharavi, about 5 minutes walking distance. The closest supermarket is 3 mins walk in the direction to the center. The closest beach is also 5 mins walk at the end of the street. Apartment was clean and comfortable for 2 people. The small kitchen is well equipped to put together simple dishes or a salad. Parking is possible in the courtyard without any pre-reservation or additional fees. The host lady is friendly and helpful. We did not have any issues, but still she offered to contact her via mobile anytime. Big plus are the welcome drinks - a bottle of water and 2 cans of cold beer in the fridge - that made our arrival even more pleasant after a long drive during the day.

WiFi, however is not only there, the signal is bad in the whole village
