Amabilité du personnel et le fait que le spa soit fermé alors que lors de notre réservation il était indiqué qu'il serait ouvert pendant notre séjour.

Es wurde jeden Tag gut sauber gemacht und das Personal war freundlich. das Hotel hatte viele Parkplätze.

Spa war geschlossen. Der Pool nur zu bestimmten Zeiten und pro Person und Stunde 10‘euro. Außenpool erst ab 1. Juni nutzbar. Frühstück war nicht so toll. Keine Tomate oder Gurke oder Ähnliches. Nur viel Süsskram.

La posizione è ottima purché tu sia automunito , zona tranquilla raggiungibile in 15 minuti in Auto.

Un hotel che si chiama 4 Spa ed ha una Spa che è fruibile solo il pomeriggio nemmeno tutti i giorni , che non ha un aria fruibile esclusivamente dagli ospiti dell Hotel , che da premettere ho provato a contattare qualche giorno prima del mio arrivo per programmare e non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta né telefonica e né via mail … Altra pecca le camere, avevo una suite ed era praticamente spoglia , non so la categoria 4 stelle come sia stata ottenuto, nessuna aria di confort . Colazione con cibo rimasto il pranzo del giorno prima visto che vi era stato un buffet al pranzo del giorno precedente, di fatto si vedeva palesemente la cosa per due motivi , cornetti farciti con salumi, mai vista una cosa del genere in una sala colazione da nessuna parte del mondo .

Disappointing breakfast

We had a nice terrace in the room, and the room we had was quite spacious. The area was quiet and the outdoor pool was pleasant.

facilities where lacking for a 4 star hotel and everything was super expensive, we had 2 gin and tonics in a small plastic cup on the patio new the reception and it cos us 20 euro Breakfast was horrible, nothing was fresh and very little options. SPA and gym area where closed on Sunday and Monday. The beautiful picture of the spa on the front of the hotel advertisement is not fee for guests to access. You could only access the Spa area for an hour or an hour and a half at a fee of 30 to 35 euro. The bed was awful, the mattress was so warn that as you lean to one side of the bed you where at risk of rolling off! and the hotel in general was not accommodating to our needs - one day we simply asked for a cork screw as we decided to enjoy a bottle of wine on the terrace in the room before going for dinner, however we where told that we could only chose wine form the hotel for it to be opened and consumed in our hotel room!

spacious room with balcony

no shelf in bathroom which was a shame. chose this hotel because of the spa but weren’t able to book a slot for both of us due to International Woman’s day. again,a pity. out of town slightly- we had a car so ok. plenty of parking.

beautiful, pool, gym, spa. the hotel smells like a pool when you walk in, which is relaxing. the view is great, the location is great.

I don’t like the pool fee. you should really let the hotel customers use the pool at no additional charge

very nice hotel and helpful friendly staff. spa baths not very warm and aromatherapy sauna not working, bit of a nothing experience. they put out sun beds for us on request even though it was end of their season (October)

Very clean and very good breakfast. Staff helpful. Very large balcony rooms, though cupboard space could be better. Housekeeping excellent. Car Park.

Swimming pool closed end of September we went first week of October temperature 26 degrees and could have done with the swimming pool being open. Spa and indoor pool only open certain times. No coffee and tea facilities in room. Bar only open till 10.30am. Car needed.
