The entire stay was amazing from staff, beds, facilities. We will definitely stay here again when in Palma.

Excellent location, few steps from historical downtown. Very helpfull staff. Bonus: they have a good contract with a neighbouring underground parking. Good place to place your rented car at reasonable costs.

immaculately clean, very comfortable room. loved the rooftop terrace, views were fabulous. Everywhere was within minutes to walk to, we loved the location.

if you stay more than 6 nights, cleaning is done only every 3 or 4 days. inacceptable for a 4 stars venue

The apartments are spacious and well appointed. Having a roof terrace was a bonus. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The apartments have an excellent central location with easy walking access to most of the city. To be recommended.

- hotel knew air conditioning of both rooms that we booked was not functional and gave us no warning. no attempts made to fix issue for 4 day stay. discount only given for final night when we complained again after notifying reception of issue on morning of day 2 - studio suite v cramped

Although traffic noise was surrounded by streets around hotel the bedroom in the suite was an interior room. Very sound proof. Beds super comfy. Classy place in a boutique hotel like vibe.

Our suite was missing utensils in the kitchen. We bought various foods at the beautiful local Mercado just outside Placa Major but could've used some knives and spoons. Wasn't a huge deal for us but just worth mentioning.

Service. Thry are really great. Welcome drink.

Perfect location close to Placa Mayor and the Cathedral. The flat was well furnished and the kitchen well equipped. The staff was kind and helpful. As a welcoming gift, we found a bottle of wine and water. As we had a late flight, we could spend some time on the beautiful terrace with a view of the Cathedral.

Luxury!!! Great apartment, comfortabel and clean. Nice staff, good service. Near to everything, very sentral.
