The apartment was amazing. Very spacious and with a lot of natural light. It had everything one would need to live comfortably. The beds and sofa were very comfortable. It was very clean. It had complimentary drinks and various items. Ali was very welcoming, attentive and easily reachable throughout our stay. Thank you!

Great location, very central, beautiful apartment, clean, quiet, and spacious. Everything is taken care of by the Host, including transportation to and from the airport. . On the day we arrived, he was waiting for us with the key to the apartment and explaining the area, and giving us tips for our stay. He is always happy to assist you with any questions or help you may need. He is very helpful. And book for us free transport to the airport for the Early morning flight. Since the apartment was comfortable, we would have stayed longer if we could. If we visit Vienna again, this would be our choice for lodging.

Nothing - couldn't fault our stay!

This apartment made the perfect home base for our four-day visit to Vienna. The location is literally steps from the subway lines and also several of the key landmarks of the city. You get a beautiful view of a cathedral out the window and easy access to everything you could possibly need within a five-minute walk. The apartment is decorated in a lovely modern style, and Ali even left some food for us to enjoy during our stay (some cereal, pasta, cooking essentials, mineral water and WINE!). The kitchen has everything you need to cook, internet works well, bathroom is well stocked with toiletries, and we loved the private terrace. Clean and comfy all around. The best part may be the hosts at this apartment though. Ali was incredibly communicative and helpful providing suggestions for restaurants, grocery store and checking in on our every need. He even coordinated a taxi for us to the airport and woke up at 3am to make sure we got off to our flight safely! Check-in with Burack was welcoming, friendly and so helpful. Recommended for anyone visiting Vienna!

No complaints. The only thing I would note is that you should make sure everyone in your party can easily climb stairs because the stairs up to the loft/bedroom are a little steep.

it was expensive but reasonable value for comparable places. it is small place but I have never seen so many features perfectly integrated in a small space.

We were met by Atis at the apartment. He told us how to get there, gave a very thorough explanation of how everything worked, carried our bags. He contacted us during our stay to see if everything was OK, he gave us tips of where to eat and got us a lift to the train station at the end of our holiday. He was excellent! He wore a face covering to ensure our safety. The location was brilliant, near to great tram service, not far from state opera and Belvedere. It is very central but has triple glazing that really reduced the noise, and the back bedroom was very quiet.

We enjoyed stayng in the apartment. It is spacious and very clean, quiet, and centrally located within walking distance to main attractions. Ali is great host, very attentive and helpful. He arranged airport transfer and gave many tips and recommendations for restaurants and city tours. We would strongly recommend this apartment!

This was the best equipped property I have stayed in, in the world - especially with several coffee making equipment and dozens of coffee pods and several types of teas on hand. The location was amazing, being walking distance to virtually everywhere now would want to visit, and eat. The host, Atis, was so friendly and efficient. The apartment was very clean and very quiet. I will certainly stay with them again.

Apartment is spacious, beautiful, very clean and very well accessorized. The location is excellent and the staff is lovely. You will find anything you need including several different ways to make your morning coffee, a record player, bluetooth speakers, a gaming console, card games, and more. Terrace is great.

There is an issue with light entering the apartment. Not all windows have blackout curtains and in the summer this means light a 5am. We were left very good eye coverings but if you can't sleep with that on like me the light is an issue. Also the location is central so a bit noisy, but the windows are of good quality and filter most of it well.

Host met us on time with the keys and showed us round the apartment. It was ideally situated for museums and the Musikverein - spacious, very well stocked and clean. The balcony was a plus to sit outside in the hot weather.

Honestly nothing - it exceeded our expectations.

The apartment is centrally located so most of the main attractions are within walking distance. In any case, there is a Metro station (Karlsplatz) right in front of the apartment building so you will have no probem in using Vienna's public transportation to get to other areas of Vienna. For being so central, we were positively surprised with the size of the apartment. It is relatively spacious and has all the necessary amenities, including air-conditioning, to make you feel right at home. We also liked the minimalistic and stylish design of the apartment which is not only functional but also very easy on the eyes. We also found the apartment very clean upon our arrival. Finally, we'd like to thank Atis from the Mar Suites Management who was there to kindly assist us from the beginning of our stay to the very end until we made our way to the airport! Highly recommended!

The flat is ideally situated right next to the Opera. It's got all facilities to cook and be independent. Ali was also a very good and welcoming host.

Location and Ali was very helpful

Ideally situated with great views over Karlskirche and Karlzplatz. The apartment was lovely. So well equipped with high quality appliances and very comfortable. A selection of food and drink was provided which was so thoughtful. The bed was great and it was spotlessly clean throughout. There is a little terrace which faces into the building with seating which was nice. Karlzplatz is a busy intersection but the windows are so well insulated that you hear very little when they are closed plus it's so nice to see what's going on in downtown Vienna. The apartment is close to everything, just up from the Nashmarkt which is the place to go for a drink or evening meal and very close to the Opera and many of the important sights. Atis was a superb host, very helpful and thoughtful. He gave us lots of tips for restaurants etc and wanted to make sure everything was OK for us. He also arranged free transport to the airport which was great. We recommend Schoenbrunn Palace, Sisi Museum, Karlskirche for Vivaldi and the Vienna State Opera (Marriage of Figaro was superb). Vienna is very walkable and it's worth doing that to step away from the touristy areas. Hundertwasserhaus and Kunst Haus are definitely worth a look for interesting architecture. The Belvedere and Klimt Immersive are fab if you are a Klimt fan. A wonderful stay and we will definitely stay in a Mar Suite again if we return to Vienna.
