Excellent location, very cute apartment over 3 levels which makes it feel more spacious. Decorated to a very nice standard and Robert was very kind to leave us a bottle of wine to welcome us, which we drank on the terrace one evening. the old town is full of shops, restaurants and bars, so anything you need is typically quite close to the apartment. The fantastic Buza bar is only a stones throw, which must have one of the most amazing views of the sunset in Dubrovnik.

Location is buried deep in old town only minutes from bars restaurants etc., Communication with owner was excellent. Balcony/Terrace.

Amenities could be better. ( coffee machine or cafeitterre) . Little welcome pack would be nice gesture such as milk etc.

Charming, spacious and quiet apparemment with a large and cosy terrace, just a minut away from the market, Stardun, the old harbour, with a nice attention to details. remarkable tips from the owner on restaurants (our preferred was Tavulin), impeccable airport transfer, storage available after check out… what else ? NB the place was even nicer than on pictures…

if we really need to find one point… my head remembers that low ceiling at one end of the large and comfortable sofa…

The apartment was a little secluded from the main street hence quieter. Rooftop was amazing, cleanliness was top class. Air conditioning worked well and beds were comfortable. Wifi was fast and the host communicated well.

Television had no channels, but then again I travel with my personal laptop.

The host was very friendly and gave us lot of useful information to make our stay cofortable. I highly recommend this property

The apartment was beautiful with everything we needed for our stay. Roberto was an excellent host.

Beatiful room (it felt like a house even) in the Old Town, terrace was a nice bonus to enjoy the city view in the evening. Facilities were all there and host was very friendly and attentive!

We didn't realize that you can't drive in Old Town, so be ready for a walk with suitcases up the stairt in the city and in flat itself

you hav e to climb some flights of stairs to get to the the building (as most of things in Dubrovnik). they do offer shampoo but not conditioner.

Liked the traditional style. Terrace was great to eat outside. Appreciated the mid-week linen change and clean, which wasn’t expected. Good shower.

As the property is located next to a music school, there was constant loud piano playing all day

The owner/manager was responsive to our needs/concerns, and we even met him accidentally because initially he was next door. The property is amazing! It is very nicely appointed, modern, and well maintained. It feels homey and comfortable but with modern conveniences. The location is perfect to the main street and other points of interest. The large balcony seals the deal.

The internet was not initially working, but the owner/manager immediately and diligently took care of it. We ran out of toilet paper. The owner/manager was able to quickly deliver it. However, the delivery man did not follow standard protocol of apartment/hotel by not knocking and just walking in on women in a state of undress. It was a bit scary but not dangerous in the end. The incident was reported to the owner/manager and he addressed the issue.

There was not an awful lot of closet space but you normally don‘t bring that much with you when travelling anyway.

Great little apartment which had everything we needed. Comfortable for a family of four -2 adults and 2 children. Also a great location given it was quiet in the evenings. Beautiful terrace and great to have some fresh air.

Parking in Dubrovkink is a hell. Be warned. There is a 24 hr parking nearby that charges 300 euro per day! Just park really far and get an uber...

Super cute! Robert was really helpful finding Covid testing for us on a Sunday.

It could use a little shelf in the shower and either a coffee pot or pour-over set up.

Excellent location inside the Old town city walls, lovely terrace with a nice view. Very friendly hosts! There is everything you need in the kitchen and everything in the apartment is beautifully decorated with a lots of lovely details. Very clean and nice furnished.

Beautiful apartment with great terrace with music school piano sounds in the background almost all the time which added to the atmosphere (pretty advanced piano playing - sounded more like concerts than classes!) The owner Robert kindly met us at the pile gate with his own car and then we stored our car to a free parking space nearby. Also we stored our stroller in Robert’s own house at the Main Street where there were no stairs, super convenient, and the infant bed was all put up with sheets and all when we arrived. When we left Robert met us at the house and helped us with the luggage/car situation again.

We both frequently bumped our head on the low ceilings being tall Dutch folk 😂
