Location and view on the sea splendid. Great beach and beach services included in price. Breakfast good but only for those who get up early. Lovely terrace with great views. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is rated 4 stars, which must be 4 falling stars. In the 70s it was a for sure a fantastic place, now it is just old. The rooms are clean but very poorly insulated & noisy, the bathrooms are clean but very old with rust on all the metal bits and tiny showers. The elevator is a real throwback to the 70s with max 2 people capacity. The room rate maximum price display (which are mandatory to be shown in the room Italy) were from 2019 and our rate exceeded that by a lot more than the to be expected inflationary corrections. The queen size bed were in fact 2 single beds put next to each other.

Everything else. The location, the staff, the superior room and the swimming pool were all excellent. Beach ⛱️ and sun loungers come with the room rather than being a hidden extra.

400+ per night is too much. I note that we booked very last minute in August so I expect this was a factor.

Good location with private beach and secure parking. Good breakfast and lots of restaurants nearby for dinner, Friendly English speaking staff, Covid safe.

Room noise isolation not existing. We could hear whatever type of noise from close rooms. Even the toilet flush was extremely loud (meaning waking up partner & neighbors during nighttime) and looked old to us
