We werden nog voor binnenkomst ontvangen door de gastheer en gastvrouw en verwelkomd met een hapje en een drankje. Er was ruimte op de eigen parkeerplaats en de gastheer hielp met het in rangeren met mijn vrij grote auto in de beperkte ruimte. Verder werd alle moeite gedaan om ons over de omgeving te informeren. Het ontbijt was goed en uitgebreid en we hadden gratis de beschikking over een bagno op het strand.

Omdat we de laatst beschikbare kamer hadden geboekt, was de ruimte (zeker in de badkamer) enigzins beperkt. Echter de inspanningen van de gastheer en gastvrouw, maakten deze kleine tekortkoming meer dan goed.

Colazione ben assortita. La posizione è centralissima e defilata dalla via principale, cosa che la rende più tranquilla. Alessandro e Micaela molto attenti all'ospite, cordiali e disponibili, in breve l'accoglienza è massima. Grazie tante Alessandro e Micaela!

great private parking. Fridge in room. Safe in room. Sky TV all languages. Comfort mattress. Great friendly staff. Good breakfast. Complimentary drink and cakes on arrival and bottle of water on leaving.

Nothing really! As described by others it is a little dated but there are many positives. For the price it’s excellent. This may be personal choice but we would have preferred to help ourself at breakfast and not be served absolutely everything as we were.

Comfy, good value for money. Staff very welcoming.

Just be aware there is no elevator.

Hotel is located at Marcelli: small sea resort town. Hotel is not on the first line but it gets less than 5 mins to reach the beach. Staff is extremely kind and helpful: it feels like you're staying in a home of a good friend rather than in a hotel. We arrived a little bit earlier than we expected but everybody was so welcoming and proposed us a small breakfast and coffee while we're waiting. Hotel has it's own parking, it wasn't a high season but still it's great that the car parked not on the street. There is a different kind of beach nearby. And if you want you could go to Numana and Sirolo to visit some historical cities and take a look at the coast from the hillside. Many thanks for recommendations of the restaurants: all of them was great.

Everything was great. Yes, the hotel isn't new, bathroom isn't new, but it's OK. The area around the hotel is not historical, just a resort, but it's not related to the hotel (and you could do a short walk to Numana or Sirolo) and still great for a vacation on a sea. So everything was cool: for sure we will come again and will stay here if we will have a chance.

The hospitality was awesome. Great location. Great food. The hotel room was very clean and it was quite cheap
