Pre booked breakfast night before, but still had to wait 30 minutes to get it, limited on breakfast xtras

We really enjoyed our stay here can't fault anything.

Lacking in hospitality and very regimented. Breakfast had to be pre-ordered by 8pm the night before and served 8.30 - 9.15am; no option of later breakfast nor option to stay without breakfast included in the price of £86 per night. The proprietor informed us of this on arrival and said "if you're not in the Dining room by 9.10am you ain't getting your Breakfast." This was all whilst we stood holding our heavy bags, so not a warm welcome. It was clear the hosts were not interested in customers wanting to actually relax and not have to be up early when on holiday. We stayed for 3 nights, the purpose of our stay was to attend the Scooter Rally taking place that weekend.

My stay was brilliant, and I can't thank Allan and lesley enough. Also, fab breakfast.

Our hosts made us feel at home. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean and had nice decor. The bathroom had a spacious shower with soap and shampoo dispensers. The breakfasts were tasty and filling and again the dining room was spotless. Coffee and Tea were topped up every day and this was a standout as everywhere I have been before you get it only on your arrival day. As for its location, you could not ask for better close to it all but still quiet at night.

Great little hotel, in a prime location, very clean and well kept. Friendly and polite staff, great with the kids at breakfast while I was still waking up. Nice view from the window. Comfortable beds.
