What a wonderful surprise. A nice, cosy, small apartment at a very reasonable price. It is in what they call an "ortsteil" of Bad Fussing but not far at all from the main Village and very quiet. When you enter the building and go up to the apartments it is all very clean. My apartment was the smaller apartment on the 2nd floor (top floor). Important to note there is not an elevator and no apartments on the ground floor. When you enter there is a small kitchenette that is very well equipped. For me it had all the necessary kitchenware for an enjoyable stay. Stove top with 2 burners, small fridge.freezer but note, no oven and no microwave. There is a small living/dining area with a nice balcony. One comment mentioned the lack of TV channels but I am assuming that all the apartments now have flat screen/Sat TV's like I had in my apartment and the wifi worked really well so no problem with TV or wifi. The room is large with a very comfortable bed and clean linen. The bathroom is accessed through the bedroom and is also quite spacious with the toilet separated by a door from the shower. Water was hot immediately and the water pressure was very good. On booking it says that the washing machine is in "your own kitchen". There is a washing machine but it is in the basement. There is a small charge for its use and it is very easy to use. There is even a Dyson vacuum in the lower floor that you can use. It was great for me as I like to vacuum daily. There is a really good Bakery and Butcher shop just steps away so you can have a really good breakfast every morning. There is also a wonderful german restaurant right next door and an Italian restaurant just steps away. The nearest grocery stores are about 4km away. I did not see a grocery store in the center of Bad Fussing, they are all on the outskirts of the Village. All and all it was a wonderful stay. From here you can also make many small day trips.

Quiet location, as the rooms mostly face the inner courtyard. Very close to the restaurant, and few minutes ride to the spa and hiking trails. Bicycle and e-bike are available for rent in the house. The apartment is large and very well equipped with everyday necessities (toilet paper, crockery and towels, salt and pepper, etc.). Everything was very clean and tidy. Good parking space.

My room in 2.th floor was very hot, and without a possibility to ventilate. Wi-fi was very unstable
