Nice location and view.

We were disappointed to find that there was no room cleaning during our stay, especially considering that it is customary to have cleaning services for guests staying multiple nights. We stayed for six nights, so it would have been appreciated if the property could take this into consideration in the future. Additionally, there was no kitchen exhaust in the apartment we occupied, forcing us to open all the windows while cooking. This lack of ventilation made our experience quite uncomfortable. We kindly request that this issue be addressed. Furthermore, it would be beneficial for the property to assign car parking spots closer to the building, especially when there are ample available spaces and the property is not busy. In our case, we were assigned a parking space on the opposite end of the building where we were staying, while all the parking spots near the building remained vacant throughout our six-night stay. This was quite inconvenient and not a pleasant experience for guests.

The walls are not sufficiently insulated against noise, you can hear the noise from neighboring apartments.

Already our 2nd stay with Alprima, and for sure not the last one. All perfect. Helpful staff at reception, all info clearly communicated. Rooms were clean and warm. Kitchen provides basic staff, but at the end you don't need more. Ski bus is highly appreciated. Perfect location - close to ski resort but just behind the hotel there is a great hiking path suitable even for small kids and stroller.

Nice, new and well equipped apartment that is very close to the skiing area. Property has very good facilities for skiers.

Beautiful well located apartman complex with a view to the mountains. The room was big enough and its a really good point that it had bed for 5 people and nobody had to sleep on a couch. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was brand new. The wellness was cozy with comfortable beds and tea part. The staffs was really nice and helpful with our requests. We are enjoyed to be here.

The wifi was very poor unfortunately.

Beautiful place, location, facilities, nice comfy bed, cookware and kitchen equipment clean and like new. Every thing you need for a relaxing holiday.

No vent above stove so must be careful not to produce too much steam while cooking.

Great apartment for family, with comfortable beds, good shower and clean, modern kitchen. We enjoyed the location very much, it is a green valley between the mountains. Few walking trails accessible for families are very near, including a walk to a waterfall and cable cars to take you up to the mountain. Supermarket is close by, also some restaurants and coffee shops. Aparthotel has different facilities like sauna and gym which you can use. Also laundry can be done, but for additional payment. Hotel provided us with local discount card, which allowed free rides on cable cars and railway up to the mountains, great bonus.

Nothing really significant. Only comment we have is that we were asked not to leave working dishwasher and it is strange request, as check-out is by 10 am, so you leave quite early after you make and eat breakfast. Anyway housekeeping is coming to clean after the stay so why not to leave dished clean in the dishwasher.

The view on mountains was beautiful. I like that kinds were playing outside which created nice atmosphere.

With dog you have to be careful to not stand on grass.

The aparthotel is located in a wonderful area. The hosts are very welcoming. The apartment looks amazing. The wonderful view. Huge yard. Mowed grass. Place to walk the dog. Playground. A lot of places for hiking. Fresh air! Free parking. And they have a lot of parking spaces. Complete silence between 10.00 p.m. and 8.00 a.m. An ideal location for families with children. I regretted that I booked only 5 nights. SENSATIONAL!

Our apartment was spacious and very comfy. The views were incredible. Would love to stay here again.

Large comfortable apartments exactly as described. Great location in the village. Very comfortable beds. Although the hotel was full of children, it was quiet. Children can borrow outdoor games, scooters , etc. Guests can order bread to hotel room. Guests in summer time get pyhrn priel active card for free, which enables them to use cable cars or public transport for free or to go to swimming pool (more info: https://www.urlaubsregion-pyhrn-priel.at/en/card/pyhrn-priel-active-card/about-the-activecard.html). Coffee maker is the nespresso type (capsule).

I would mention two little things to improve. First, our appartment for seven people was equipped with only small fridge under the counter top. In winter you can store food at the balcony, for summer holiday bigger fridge would be better. Second, although Austria is known for thorough waste sorting, it is not possible to sort cans in the hotel. Furthermore, waist containers were often full.

The AktivCard that comes with the reservation was a big plus. Bread service was also nice.
