Spacious room and balcony in great location, sea view, great value for money.

It's up a hill and has steep steps up to the apartment, which wasn't an issue for me but if you have a lot of luggage it might be a bit more difficult to get to.

A simple yet lovely studio, which was comfortable, quiet and exceptionally clean and had a fantastic view. Though breakfast isn't included, we were left with a few yummy basics every morning. The hosts were very helpful and gave us some tips of the island. Rooms have both shared and private balconies - we opted for a shared one to have a better view and did not regret it!

Our stay was too short - we can't wait to come back! Some may find it useful to know that to have such a nice view, it also means that the studios are located uphill which may make it harder for some to get to on foot.

Room was nice, tidy and clean. Landlady was very friendly and responsive in case I needed support. Absolutely reliably and without me having to ask for it, she gave me a refund of 50 Ct which I had payed too much without having been aware of it. Highly recommendable place to stay. Thumbs up.

House is placed on a small mountain which guests would have to climb. Good to know in advance in case your luggage is heavy!

Amazing place.Everything is close. Sure is that you walk little to the centre but that's is amazing. Have so nice small streets.Spetses is very nice and I'm so happy because have stay in this hotel.

The location was in a quiet area about a 15 minute walk away from the port. We had an amazing view from the balcony and the owner was most helpful
