Easy to get to the beaches in a car and different areas of interest for us

The location and general atmosphere of the place was lovely. The restaurant next door was a great surprise as it exceeded my expectations.

Style, service, food - booked at random and the menu looked delicious and was highly recommended by friends once we arrived. Next time we will eat there properly! Breakfast was great.

Located on a fairly noisy road, but c'est la vie.

A lovely location with a clean, cosy room and good food.

The rooms are nice but nothing special the shower needs descaling and kept going hot and cold. The restaurant is very expensive for what it is and when we asked about breakfast we was told it was and extra £30 on top of the £270 the two rooms had already cost and the man serving the drinks behind the bar was very rude and clearly didn’t want work people like us in his restaurant! overall I would definitely not stay here again and would certainly not recommend it.

Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were exceptional - a varied and inspired dinner menu and well prepared breakfast. The room had everything we needed and would expect plus lovely extras such as fresh milk and home made biscuits, and there were comfortable chairs. It also passed my own tests - an excellent shower, good size thick towels, a good hairdryer, great sheets and pillows I could sleep on. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Beautiful place and I slept like a baby. Quiet, comfortable, safe. Loved it. Check in and out was super easy and friendly! Close to many other beautiful sites.

The people at dinner were a little unfriendly, but not too big of a deal.

We booked dinner on our first night in the restaurant. The staff were so pleasant and attentive on arrival. The food is excellent and there were little extra sample items presented to us which made it more special.

There was nothing to dislike about our stay at the Tytherleigh Arms, it was perfect.

Could not see any type of heating in bathroom which would make it very cold in winter months

The rooms are in a stable block which needs more ventilation for the shower rooms - and heating to dry towels ( which would reduce requests for clean towels each day)! The damp smell from the shower room permeated the main bedroom.

Amazing breakfast, plenty to eat and was delicious. Staff were very friendly, accommodation very clean and spacious and a lovely private little seating area.

Not necessarily what I didn’t like about the property, but there aren’t many nearby shops or anywhere to go for a walk without driving somewhere

Quite a remote location but there is a bus outside to take you anywhere if you don't drive.

Everything was to our satisfaction.
