Room was clean, bathroom was clean. Attitude of the staff was very welcome. Shankar Anna made us delicious meals. Just tell him in advanced what you want to have. The property is not very far from the main attractions of the hill station. We travelled from Pune by our car..and the property had ample parking space. We also had to check out at 5am.. Shankar Anna made it very comfortable for us...he was even there to see us off. Would definitely recommend staying here.

I have booked this property for 3 Adult and a kid. They have provided their deluxe room and it was very spacious and comfortable. Also the food which they serve is delicious. Overall it was very satisfied stay for us.

The stairs to reach the deluxe room is a little bit difficult for the older ones.

Location was excellent and pleasant. Rooms were clean and good.

The Cook has given same breakfast of dosa for 3 day's and on the last day he used sambar and chutney of previous day and due to that i got food poisoning. He didn't given tea on last day saying that other rooms are empty and he has to prepare tea for us only.He expects something from the guests which i don't like .

The hospitality of chef is exceptional. He took care of us especially due to weather we couldn't get out for a feed.. the location was good.

Due to extreme cold weather when we got stuck to our room we didn't have room heaters unless paid extra for the use. This is odd when you are paying competitive rates to accommodation. The service staff except for the first night didn't care to check whether toiletries are available for the guest

Great location, very good breakfast, good host and the rooms were quite spacious. They also have car parking, but its a little steep to bring the car up for parking.

Not convenient for elderly people as they need to climb up the stair for rooms on top. Rooms also had flies all around and the staff could've cleared it up before allocating the rooms.
