Hotel staff was amazingly helpful. Room service was very quick and I was helped with everything I requested. Hotel buffet breakfast is pretty good and gives lot of options.

Bathrooms were stuffy. I had requested for additional blankets and received horribly dirty blankets. The spa is easily located but the appointments are not taken seriously. I was pushed away from my fixed time without even informing.

one of the staff was very rude to us. If you are looking for a calm and peaceful place to stay please don’t choose this one as they have 177 rooms and its pretty crowded. you can’t even enjoy a peaceful breakfast

Reception staffs are very excellent in behaviour and attitude. Rooms are very cleanily kept. The studio flat which I stayed do not offer any good views. The landscape ,gardening, flowers 🌹 is so so awsome . They have may kids activities . Food is very delicious, breakfast is excellent

The restaurant is sluggish for ala carte service. And not so attentive .

location: poor accessibility from highway, very narrow road that goes through rural / village area barely enough for one car to pass, and lot of potholes bad patches on road bathroom: in cold ooty weather, disappointed to not have proper hot water supply in bathroom.. on our last day, got almost ice-cold freezing water.. even after several phone calls and 1 hr wait, the staff was not co-operative and talked as if its normal for heater to take time to heat water.. cleanliness: had to make several reminders to house-keeping even to get basic items like soap, towels refilled wi-fi: can connect only 2 devices and even then the speed / connection was very poor In general, Ooty is very rural, under-developed city, where they are charging 4 star prices for a property which is not even 3 star quality

Mesmerising view , Amazing place to stay with your family and friends !! I would specially recommend regarding restaurants where you will meet Mr. Yogesh frankly speaking regarding the food we were really confused because in your property we have found there is no North Indian taste and we were missing it but some of how I meet Mr. Yogesh who help us to have the right food as per my taste. God Bless You Mr. Yogesh 🙌 one more hidden talent Ms. Subhosmita & Mr. Ishwar both are really hard working and superb service.

Checkin time too much delayed and need to improve a lot of Room Service , it’s really too much delayed at list to get a water bottle.Rest of the things you forget …… 1. Checkin time should be quick instead of waiting longer time so that peoples can utilised his or her time, because in during the Holiday we all are doing time management to cover maximum places. 2. Room service should be really work more because of so much delayed we are completely miss to cover sight seen. 3. Kids playing area should more improvements like the cost of the each games. Small children should get maximum chance to play his or her favourite games.
