We loved the perfect location of this property and the stunning decor of the room

Everything about our stay at Santa Maria 24 was enjoyable, starting with the communication from the staff for arrival details, car parking (offsite) and transfers to the hotel. We were transported in a fabulous vintage car which was fun. Our room was 3 stories upstairs and while we are used to carrying luggage upstairs during our holidays, we were delighted when the staff assisted us. The rooms were spacious. The kitchen facilities were well equipped with water, coffee supplied. A good size bathroom and bedroom, with a lovely view overlooking the sea. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, as did the wifi.

There was nothing we didn’t like

We were on the third floor and as there is no lift bit of a hike. They took out. bags up and this should not be a deterrent

I couldn’t imagine better place than Santa Maria 24. The breakfast was amazing, wide variety of food, everything fresh. We could eat outside and inside. The room was extra clean, bed comfortable. The hotel was very close to everything: the sea, restaurants, gelato, marina. The staff was very friendly and they even helped me to get to the hosplital because of the urgent issue. They also organised a taxi transfer from and to airport/hotel. Thank you all for your kindness. I couldn’t have made the better choice

What a great property, amazing location, room was very spacious with a balcony, daily breakfast and staff were also fantastic.

WOW- from minute you are picked up from the train station in their little aqua car you feel like you’re on holidays. The location is perfect- walking distance to everything. The apartment was beautiful. Lots of lovely ammenities too! The staff are 10/10- nothing is a problem. They go above and beyond to make your stay with them enjoyable. We will be back to see this beautiful part of the world.

The staff were gorgeous and very helpful. They were always around when you needed them and they all seemed to be enjoying their job and workplace. Breakfast was great too. An the location.

I cant think of anything I didn't like.

The owners were exceptionally accommodating in assisting any request, from parking your car (in a restricted parking historic area) to early breakfast on checkout day. Small things count and their attitude shows they really appreciate their guests and will do everything possible to make their stay as enjoyable as possible.

We had the perfect stay at Santa Maria 24. It started with the good communication through WhatsApp before the arrival, receiving instructions of where to park (you cannot enter Monopoli city center by car). The hotel has a shuttle in which they picked us up from the parking and drove us and our luggage to the hotel. They service throughout the stay was amazing - everyone was extremely helpful and always welcoming. The rooms / apartments are very spacious and have an amazing view over the sea. Another plus was the roof terrace, where we were able to enjoy a drink while watching the sunset. The location in Monopoli is perfect - just around the corner from all great restaurants and bars. The breakfast was really good as well - with fresh fruit, hams and cheeses, and of course the italian sweets! Can only recommend!!

This is a beautiful place to stay facing the ocean in the heart of Monopoli. You can hear the ocean which is right out your front door. Location - perfect Staff - very very helpful and kind Clean and great air conditioning Comfortable bed

One of the best place to stay in Monopoly. The staff, room, view, location and breakfast are on top quality. Nice decoration and cosy.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. There was a complementary taxi service that took us to and from the train station and could be booked at other times for a small fee

The room was spacious with a small balcony overlooking a square where you can get drinks and listen to music ( not heard inside the apartment). Everything you can think of was supplied and the staff were really helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable. The location was excellent being in the middle of the old town and near the port and sea. It was easy to walk to the local station to visit other villages along the coast. Breakfast was amazing with a large selection of food and drink not often available such as blackberries, raspberries, blueberries and avocado. I can't recommend the place highly enough. Thank you Santa Maria 24 it was a great experience.

A few more towel hooks is the only improvement I can offer.

Very kind and helpfull people! The appartement/room was nice and modern, with a great location. In the city centre, very close to shops, restaurants and bars but in a prettig quite side street. Breakfast was tasty with many different choices. An extra plus for the service for beach towels, which was very appreciated. Would definitely go back when visiting Monopoli again!

Spacious, close to beachfront in old part of town. Breakfast was delicious.

It was the best place that I stayed at during my whole trip in Puglia. Very clean, comfortable, quiet and very well equipped. Breakfast was great, both sweet and salty which is not easy to find in Italy. Very friendly reception. The best part was the view over sea from the apartment. Definitely recommended.
