The room was clean and comfortable.

I find strange this "reservation policy". Booking describe it like "no prepaid needed" and "you'll pay when you stay at hotel". This was important for me, because I've booked hotel not for myself. And this was a main reason, why I pick this hotel beyond others, as other hotels required to pay in advance. During the booking process, they asked for my card for guarantee and say that property has right "to pre-authorize the card" just to make sure, that reservation won't be cancel. It's OK to make pre-auth and cancel it while arrive, but why reception say that room is already paid? Please removed "no prepaid needed", as you immediately charged the card for whole booking and called it as payment. How is it not a prepaid booking?

Far from Krakow center, you need Uber or public transport. The breakfaat needs improvement of diverse choices, not really inspiring.

Stayed here twice now; very pleased both visits. It’s in a quiet part of town. Clean, quiet, and comfortable rooms. Felt very homey. Easy walk to everything but away from the riffraff. Free parking was also nice.

Internet was spotty but that’s pretty common throughout Europe.

Nothing, it was honestly perfect!

I wanted a room with one big bed, but instead I was settled into a room with two small beds. Also, the bedroom is very cold - like in Kyiv underground with marble walls :) So, I had to have climatization on all night (I opened a door into the bedroom, as I wanted in the morning to have a warm bedroom).

We enjoyed our stay in this boutique-sized hotel in a nice neighbourhood. We stayed at a superior family room, which was very spacious and comfortable. The reception staff was friendly and attentive. They arranged us a parking spot free-of-charge and accommodated our dog. We enjoyed our short stay here and would definitely book it again next time we’re in Krakow!

Very calm and quiet location, OK breakfast (mainly from the choices of the menu card), comfortable bed.

The interior design was a bit different than on the pictures. We paid approx. 5% more than in the original reservation. The battery in the aircon was almost empty, the TV remote was not working. We wanted to have the free on spot parking spot, we have been told that "this was unnecessary" as there was a National Holiday during our stay. One had to give their choices for breakfast and indicate a breakfast time which we did not understand afterwards - the venue has a buffet style breakfast, not an a la carte one. Erratic and slow wifi.

The room and bathroom are great. Breakfast is average. Very close to the old city center. The staff is very helpful.

The hotel is located in a very nice part of town and has been professionally renovated. It is convenient for sightseeing in the main historical section of Krakow. Our room was spacious, though a friend residing in a double room on the 2nd floor had a much smaller room for roughly the same price.

The breakfast was a major disappointment and not worthy of a four-star hotel. Also, service was sometimes spotty: excellent at times, but unacceptable at other times. Our room was on the ground floor, and we were exposed to noise from the lobby late at night.
