The place is peaceful and tranquil. It’s a pity it was only a one night stopover on the way to Vic Falls. Would have loved to have stayed longer. Truly magical.

The buffet was limited and was lacking in variety. Chicken was undercooked

Loved everything, the staff were amazing . They made us feel really welcomed and went above and beyond to ensure we had a good stay. The views were Amazing overlooking the park and seeing wild animals. There were activities for families with children and a clean pool. Great bar on site and Evening Entertainment .

The location is good. The game viewing was excellent.

On one of the nights there was a power outage and therefore no air conditioning making it uncomfortable when trying to sleep.

Deluxe rooms are very good. Recently renovated. Nice new furniture. Perfect views.

The chair is not comfortable. The leather is very hard.

Beautiful location overlooking a pan with lots of elephant visiting each evening

Costly breakfast 30pp at restaurant, no meals incl in price, a few staff very slack, others doing the work.

The site is very convenient as it is closer to the main road and Hwange national park.There is a beautiful scenery that relaxes the mind

The rooms needs some maintenance especially the bathroom,water was leaking and it took 2days for it to be fixed.Also I don't like carpet in my room it harbours bacteria and dust I think you should upgrade to meet modern standards

A/C was dripping water on the floor and service couldn’t fix it.
