Хороший, классический средний городской отель. Мы довольны. Есть все традиционные атрибуты - лобби , бар с готовкой на верхнем этаже, довольно много места для общего пользования, балкончики (в том числе в номерах), завтрак разнообразный (фрукты, выпечка, нарезки и тд), 2 лифта, паркинг наружной и подземный, велено (наверное не самая нужная опция для постояльцев, но есть), массаж, баня, есть конференц зал. Номера выше средних по статистике. Да, отель не новый, дизайн классический для этого типа отелей, не современный и не модный, но функционально все хорошо. Да, стоит отметить для путешественников, что отель расположен очень близко от окружной, чуть чуть внутри города, на дороге, которая ведет к аэропорту и это 15 минут на такси. Рядом большой бизнес-парк.

Окна на центральную улицу, если открывать, то шум сильный, но это скорее в качестве информации, личные впечатления. Отель стоит на первой линии от основной дороги, по другому не бывает наверное.

Единственото хубаво беше закуската и хубавия персонал

Неизбърсан наслоен прах, завивки с кафяви петна по тях, мръсни стени, счупен душ който пръска във всички посоки, скъсани столове... хигиена под всякаква критика

Personalul, pozitionarea, parcarea, restaurantul de pe acoperis si camera. Am primit si apa plus trei ciocolatele gratis, fiind trei oaspeti. Am apreciat gestul. Micul dejun e foarte ok si destul de diversificat. Parcarea e suficient de mare sa nu te stresezi ca nu gasesti loc. Personalul (O doamna si doi domni) a fost foarte amabil, comunicativ si toti 3, buni vorbitori de limba engleza. Camera e mare, baia curata, si patul confortabil (pentru 2/3 dintre noi :)). Pretul e excelent pentru cele oferite. Nu e lux si opulenta, dar gasesti acolo tot ce ai nevoie pentru o sedere placuta. In final am mai fi ramas o zi - doua peste ce programasem, dar daca revenim acolo mergem

Destul de mult zgomot si praf daca stai in camera de pe partea cu strada. Dar asta nu e problema hotelului, iar daca stai cu geamul inchis probabil ca problemele relatate dispar sau nu exista deloc.

Komfortable sehr saubere Zimmer, schöne Rooftop Bar, ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, einfach Top. Sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal, grosser Parkplatz. Unweit von Metro Station.

The Sky Bar truly stands out as a fantastic place to unwind, offering not only a great selection of drinks but also breath-taking views of the mountains and city. The ambiance created by the combination of a well-curated drink menu and the stunning scenery made my time there truly enjoyable. Moreover, the reception desk made a positive first impression with a friendly and warm greeting upon my arrival. A warm welcome always sets the tone for a great stay, and your reception team did an excellent job in ensuring a smooth and pleasant check-in process. Their attentiveness added to the overall positive atmosphere of the Sky Bar.

While my stay was pleasant, I noticed that the room could benefit from a little sprucing up. The light fitting above the bed appeared to have had a short out at some point, and a bit of attention in this area would contribute to a more polished look. Additionally, a fresh coat of paint on the walls might be worth considering, as they seemed a bit tired.

Breakfast was great, room spacious, airconditioning working and quite silent

Breakfast - coffe machine and coffe poor. Restaurant outdated but clean. Skybar was a parody. Opening hours short. Beer just in bottles

The location is good for a day in Sofia and arriving at the airport in the morning.

We were missing a towel to take a shower. I went down to the reception to ask and the man was not nice at all and said in a rude way that he didn't have it and that someone who could bring it would only come in the morning.

Upon check-in after 3:00 PM, the room was not ready. We had to wait for the maid to finish. We were given a non-working access card and late in the evening when we got back to the hotel I had to wait half an hour for a person at the reception to appear and issue us a new card.
