The views from the garden were spectacular, and great shaded dog walks from the door. The property was nice and cool during the heat wave and very nice to have breakfast and dinner in the garden looking out over the views.

The bathroom is upstairs from the main bedroom, with steep stairs from the lounge to the main bedroom and up to the bathroom. The property could do with a bit of TLC maintenance. There is parking for one car, with steps to access the property, making this property not ideal for those with limited movement.

The property is quirky, pretty & has a fabulous view. Kitchen is fully equipped. The master bedroom is spacious, the second bedroom with 2 single beds also has adequate space. There are enough electrical outlets, some also with usb charger ports. Top floor bathroom has bath & electric shower. Everything was clean & the bed linen was crisp & smelled really nice. As it says in the description of the cottage, the stairs up to the property as well as the stairs inside are quite steep & narrow. There are lots of different interest books & board games. The front garden has a table & 4 chairs. Parking is right outside the gate across the road. We were very grateful for the loan of camping chairs to take away for a day. The host is very welcoming & told us a little about the history of the house.

The stairs are challenging, and very narrow The single beds are very low Under no circumstances should you try to access the property by green lane unless you have a 4x4

Outside lighting needs to be better as steps are very steep down to where cars parked . Kitchen was basic

Lovely location central to lots of places of interest and right underneath the famous cheese rolling hill. The wood fire was lovely at night.

There was nothing I really didn’t like just a few minor tweaks as the cottage was lovely. The beds were very creaky, they need a little tightening, but they were very comfy. A few little decor tweaks would really lift the property. Wish the outside seating area was available when we visited to be able to sit out and see the night sky and amazing views from the cottage.

The cottage is located at the hill with wonderful view. Very nice cottage, clean and tidy, with a wood-burn fireplace. Host is very nice to meet us and offered farm eggs as a gift.

There is no cooking sauce in the kitchen

We love the Cotswolds so Snowdrop cottage was perfect for us and our dog. The cottage was lovely and clean and cosy

The location was perfect for local pubs and Gloucester City centre. The views from the property were amazing. Comfy beds, great size bedrooms. Loved the garden space and the chickens.

It was exactly what it said on the tin. A great place to stay for a walking weekend.
