La ubicación esta en el centro de la ciudad aunque si vas en coche fatal por q no hay donde aparcar y el parking más cerca está a 4 manzanas y te cobran 23 por día. El código no funcionó y tuvimos q llamar para q nos fuera abrir y tardaron media hora. Nos quedamos por fuera de jna terraza y una señora se nos acerco cuando vio la situación. Ya q nos quedamos 30 minutos esperando con los bolsos por fuera.

El edificio estaba sucio. El baño tiene hongos. Los utensilios de cocina los limpiaron a paño. El colchón del sofá cama está viejo e incómodo. Olía a humedad. Reserve para 4 personas y el lofrs es para 2, solo q tienen un sofá cama y le ponen una sabana. Es un albergue moderno a precio de un hotel.

El ruido de la calle pero en general genial

ACCESO A TRAVES DE WHATSAPP, no me llegaba al mail, el correo para hacer el registro... me llego minutos mas tarde, pero el acceso fue correcto y el apartamento se ve muy bien

Una cucaracha en el suelo, y que la rejilla del plato de ducha estaba un poco sucia el filtro, pero por lo demas el alojamiento esta muy bien

This property is located right in the middle of town and was about 5 minutes walk from the bus station , so easy to locate. The apartment itself is beautifully designed and the loft apartment has a balcony with chairs in it. There is a solarium on the rooftop with loungers for relaxing. The apartment was well equipped with all you might need for a short or long stay.

THE AIR CONDITIONING DOES NOT WORK The host was communicating with me by text until I mentioned that the air conditioning wasn’t working and then there was no response anymore so I believe this was intentional. The communication from the host could be better also. I came with friends and we booked all 3 apartments and none of the AC s we’re working which is awful considering how hot the weather was. Without the AC problem, this is probably one of the best apartments I have stayed in! There are mosquitoes in the area so leaving the door open was not an option so I did not have a good night rest. I didn’t expect to see that many mosquitoes. I would expect the host to at the least provide fans for guests to cope with the heat and ward off mosquitoes.

the AC was not really working, was very warm.

Spotlessly clean. Spacious and light. Well equipped. Loved the balcony and the shared roof garden. Wonderful position within easy reach of restaurants, cafes (for breakfast), shops and the theatre. Although surrounded by restaurants it was quiet. Parking at San Telmo was ideal for us. As the apartment is in a pedestrian area there is a ten minute walk to the underground (and safe) car park. 8 Euros for 24hrs is great value. We will return.

A couple of hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes. An explanation of how to use the cooker. Several bulbs on the stairs, particularly near to the roof garden door, we're not working, making the stairs dangerous.
