Located in the center, but quite calm during the night. Public transport is easy to reach from here.

Very spacious flat with nice atmosphere. Very bright. Excellent location - very central next to the most important spots of the city and with lots of bars and restaurants around the corner. Well equipped. Very responsive host. It has two bathrooms which is very convenient when travelling with friends. I would stay again!

very early in the moring (6 to 9 am) it can be noisy because it is located in a very central commercial (pedestrian) street. however, during the night it is quiet.

Apartment number 2 has 3 balconies , a great location, right in old town near to everything. Very comfy double bed. Lots of light in the Apartment. Full kitchen. Great communication with staff, very good.

The bathroom is small. The staircase!! Also, it looks a lot larger on the photos than it is. But perfect for 2 guests.

Very nice and cosy flat situated at the very heart of the city - many shops, restaurants with various cuisines and fast food establishments, bars and supermarkets in immediate proximity. Everything for preparing food and eating in is also available. The large french windows turn the kitchen into a terrace when open. Great value for the money.

We were advised on the day before our departure that there had been a leak in the Sant Miquel property and were asked if we were happy to be moved to another apartment. We assumed that this would be in the same block but in fact it was another building (l’Aguila on Placa Marques del Palmer near to the Plaza Mayor). This was a much more luxurious property with both a lift and dishwasher located in a very elegant modernist building. The flat was very well equipped and the cutlery and crockery were good quality.

The sofa in the lounge was a sofa bed. As with so many of these items of furniture, it is either comfortable as a bed or as a sofa. This must have been a good bed!

very central location, lovely apartment. the host was super accommodating and even brought us extra blankets because we were a bit cold.

we went in January and the heating with ac did not make much difference in the living room. but this is the status pretty much all over the island in the cold season. so not much you can do about it.

Perfect location in the heart of the city for walking and enjoying the city.

Great location, VERY beautiful apartment with 3 (!!) terraces with fantastic view, it had everything one might need, super host who let us do late check out at no cost.

It's on the 4th floor and the stairs are endless (not recommended for people with disabilities and small children). The sofa does not seem to be comfortable for sleeping for 2 people. Pricey if rented only with 2 people

The location and apartments were nothing but exceptional. The owner couldn't have been more helpful and polite. Will be recommending this accommodation to everyone I know. An amazing stay.

Great location, great hosts, nice apartment with everything you need for a few days.

Too many stairs and very steep, even a bit dangerous. It was ok as we did not have many luggage but this should be seriously advised to avoid old people or people with kids or many luggage booking it.

Difficult to find as many of the access routes are pedestrian only. Would have appreciated more detailed instructions to find it. Also, recommend installing a safe as it seems to be the norm these days.
