I liked the hotel. Rooms are clean, with everything you might need: pajamas, towels, tea/coffee, and complimentary water. It's cozy and nice. The hotel's restaurant is also lovely. Breakfasts are excellent (the price is not low though, 1980 yen), and there are plenty of choices from Western and Asian food. The only drawback is that the coffee that enters the breakfast cost is filter coffee, not espresso. One needs to pay additional money for espresso. We were tired last night and decided to eat in the hotel's restaurant. There was live music (I liked it!), reasonably cheap, and sake tasting (free, with a nice guy explaining many things about sake). In general, a very good impression of the hotel and the hotel's staff. Having a public bath is also a plus after long days. Maiko performance was very short (5-10 min max), but lovely. It was interesting to see!

The rooms are pretty small. I was traveling with a baby, and the stroller barely entered the room—also, there was no space to open the suitcase. If the baby doesn't sleep and one needs to walk a bit, there is no space for that. If I were traveling without the baby, it would have been fine.

Location is just great. Nice small onsen on the ground floor. Comfortable bed.

The windows don’t open

Nos recibió en recepción el señor Tezuka, nuestra sorpresa es que hablaba español! Nos ayudó muchísimo con las recomendaciones y nos brindó un gran servicio! Muchísimas gracias. Tuvimos la oportunidad, a nuestra llegada, de ver a una Maiko (aprendiz de Geisha), quien realizó un pequeño espectáculo en el hall, que suerte!!! La habitación fue perfecta para una estancia corta. La cama comodísima y las almohadas increíbles! Hay desayuno buffet con área occidental y área oriental, completo y bueno. La ubicación es bastante céntrica y a 10 minutos caminando hay una estación de metro. Regresaremos!

The location was close to the shops and restaurants and the staff were friendly. There is an onsite restaurant that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Frosted glass on the window meant not only could we not open the window (which to be fair seems quite common in Japanese hotels) but we also couldn’t see out of it. This made it feel it like we were caged in and very claustrophobic. Wi-Fi was terrible, we had to switch to mobile data regularly. The lighting in the room was poor, it felt like night time regardless of the time of day. This made it not a nice room to relax in. Out of the 5 hotels we stayed in during our visit, this was the only one that didn’t replenish the bottled water.

Clean, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast

Ask for a room that is not near the coin laundry on the 2nd floor. There are only two laundry machines for all hotel guests to use, and it is a very large hotel. So, it is in continuous use from morning though night time, and people stand around talking in the hallway as they wait for laundry machines to come available. You can easily hear them through the doors.

La chambre est spacieuse , le personnel adorable. Le onsen est très appréciable .

Comfy rooms, clean, great staff. Everything was good in this hotel, probably the best we stayed at during our trip. Beds were also the best we had in Japan.

Many things at breakfast were missing/finished if you arrive after 9.00

A localização é ótima e próxima de diversos pontos importantes da cidade , além da proximidade com mais de uma linha de metrô.

O fato de limparem o quarto apenas uma vez a cada 3 dias é um ponto de preocupação . Além disso, tivemos problemas com o Wi-Fi nos primeiros dias e o menu do restaurante não era muito vasto.
